个人履历：
兰小欢：男，1980年12月，内蒙古包头人 ，经济学博士，中欧国际工商学院经济学教授，复旦大学政治学、经济学与哲学专业博士生导师，复旦大学中国经济研究中心研究员，上海国际金融与经济研究院研究员，《经济管理学刊》副编辑。2001年获得东北财经大学经济学学士学位，2006年获得中国社会科学院经济学硕士学位，2012年毕业于美国弗吉尼亚大学获得经济学博士学位。曾任长江经济带产业基金战略与研究总监，深圳高等金融研究院、香港中文大学（深圳）校外导师。研究方向为中国的经济发展、政治经济、经济史；研究方向为发展经济学、当代中国经济、政策评估。已在经济学、公共管理等领域的国际一流学术刊物上发表论文数篇，曾获青木昌彦经济学论文优胜奖。出版《置身事内：中国政府与经济发展》《腐败与反腐败的经济学》《一转念：用经济学思考》等多部专著，其中《置身事内：中国政府与经济发展》在社会各界引起强烈反响，畅销数百万册，获国家图书馆“文津图书奖”等诸多奖项, 被译作英文、日文、俄文、西班牙文等多种语言。
