个人履历：
刘国恩：男，1958年生，四川茂县人，公共卫生专家、卫生经济学家，中国医学科学院学部委员，北京大学国家发展研究院经济学长江学者特聘教授，北京大学全球健康发展研究院院长、北京大学教育经济研究所学术委员会主任、北京大学中国卫生经济研究中心主任，博士生导师，享受国务院政府特殊津贴。兼任：《中美健康二轨对话》中方召集人，国务院医改专家 咨询委员会委员，中国药物经济学专业委员会荣誉主任委员。曾全职任教美国南加州大学、北卡大学教堂山分校、北大光华管理学院。研究领域为健康与发展经济学、医疗体制改革、卫生技术评估，致力于健康经济学、医药卫生政策、中国医疗体制改革、医药经济学、成本效益评估等领域的研究，成果丰富，出版经济学专著多部。。2012年入选“2012年医学界十大焦点人物”；2019年获评为“中国最受关注的医改专家”；2022年，当选为中国医学科学院特邀学术咨询委员会学部委员。
