马涛：复旦大学经济学院教授，博士生导师，复旦大学中国金融研究中心副主任，复旦大学经济思想与经济史研究中心副主任，中国经济思想史学会常务理事，社会兼职有民盟上海市经济委员会委员、上海市、区政协委员。马涛教授主要研究领域为经济思想史，方向是中外经济思想与比较。先后完成的项目有《儒家传统与现代市场经济》（中国博士后基金项目）、《文化传统与社会主义现代市场经济体制建设》（上海市教委基金项目），《清代晋商和徽商经营管理中的委托――代理问题研究》（985工程项目），《经济学认识论研究》（复旦大学金惠项目）。目前承担有国家社科基金项目《经济学范式与经济思想史发展逻辑的专题研究》。另在国内外学术刊物上已发表学术论文百余篇，出版个人学术专著十余部。代表性个人著作《儒家传统与现代市场经济》是中国博士后基金项目和上海市教委基金项目的最终成果，获《第三届教育部普通高等学校人文社会科学研究成果奖（2002年）》三等奖。代表性论著有《理性的崇拜与缺憾――经济认识论批判》和《传统的创新——东方管理学引论》（河北人民出版社2001年版）。研究成果《儒家传统与现代市场经济》获教育部《第三届中国高校人文社会科学研究优秀成果奖》、《道家与范缜》获《第二届全国青年优秀社会科学成果奖》、《唐庆增与其<中国经济思想史>》获中国经济思想史学会第四届优秀科研成果奖论文一等奖、《经济思想史教程》获2003年度上海市优秀教材二等奖、《外国经济思想史》获复旦大学精品课程（2007年）。
Ma Tao: Professor at the School of Economics, Fudan University, PhD supervisor, Deputy Director of the China Financial Research Center at Fudan University, Deputy Director of the Center for Economic Thought and Economic History at Fudan University, Executive Director of the Chinese Society for the History of Economic Thought. His social positions include Member of the Economic Committee of the Shanghai Municipal Committee of the China Democratic League, and member of the Shanghai Municipal and District Political Consultative Conference. Professor Ma Tao's main research field is the history of economic thought, focusing on Chinese and foreign economic thought and comparative studies. He has completed projects such as "Confucian Tradition and Modern Market Economy" (China Postdoctoral Fund Project), "Cultural Tradition and the Construction of a Modern Socialist Market Economy System" (Shanghai Municipal Education Commission Fund Project), "Study on the Principal-Agent Issues in the Management of Shanxi Merchants and Huizhou Merchants in the Qing Dynasty" (Project under the 985 Program), and "Research on the Epistemology of Economics" (Fudan University Jin Hui Project). He is currently undertaking the National Social Science Fund project "Special Research on Economic Paradigms and the Development Logic of the History of Economic Thought." Professor Ma has published over a hundred academic papers in domestic and international journals and authored more than ten monographs. His representative personal work, "Confucian Tradition and Modern Market Economy," is the final result of the China Postdoctoral Fund Project and the Shanghai Municipal Education Commission Fund Project, and won the Third Prize of the "Third Higher Education Humanities and Social Sciences Research Achievement Award of the Ministry of Education (2002)." Representative works include "The Worship and Limitations of Rationality: A Critique of Economic Epistemology" and "Innovation of Tradition—An Introduction to Eastern Management" (Hebei People's Publishing House, 2001 edition). Research achievements such as "Confucian Tradition and Modern Market Economy" won the Ministry of Education's "Third Outstanding Humanities and Social Sciences Research Achievement Award for Chinese Universities," "Taoism and Fan Zhen" won the "Second National Outstanding Youth Social Science Achievement Award," "Tang Qingzeng and his《中国经济思想史》(History of Chinese Economic Thought)" won the First Prize of the Fourth Excellent Research Achievement Award by the Chinese Society for the History of Economic Thought, "Course in the History of Economic Thought" received the Second Prize for Excellent Textbooks in Shanghai in 2003, and "History of Foreign Economic Thought" became a Fudan University Quality Course (2007).
