个人履历:
林晨:经济学博士,中国人民大学研究生院常务副院长,教授、博士生导师,吴玉章讲席教授。兼任中国投入产出学会常务理事、国际投入产出学会成员。曾任中国人民大学国家发展与战略研究院执行院长、中国人民大学科技处处长等职。林晨教授主要研究国民经济学、投入产出经济学、中国中长期发展规划的全球影响(包括为世界经济提供稳定预期、提供发展模范案例、管理全球经济波动三重作用)等,近年来重点关注新发展理念(创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享)在全球南方国家的实践路径研究。主持国家社会科学基金重大项目"超大规模市场优势与我国产业的全球竞争力研究"并担任首席专家;在《Nature Communications》《经济研究》等期刊发表《Saving less in China facilitates global CO2 mitigation》等论文,在《学习时报》《人民日报》分别发表《如何看待支撑我国经济增长的潜力和动力》《建构中国自主的经济学知识体系的科学指引》等理论文章。
