个人履历:
黄旭:组织心理学博士,香港浸会大学工商管理学院副院长,管理学讲座(首席)教授,浸会大学DBA课程总监和人力资源策略及发展研究中心主任。兼任:Management and Organization Review的顾问主编,Academy of Management Journal 和Human Relations编委,澳大利亚Griffith 大学的访问教授,西安交通大学和上海财经大学的特聘教授。毕业于香港岭南大学管理学专业,并在英国兰卡斯特大学获取组织行为与分析学文学硕士,于荷兰瓦赫宁根大学取得组织心理学博士后加入香港理工大学,曾任管理与市场学教授。研究兴趣包括领导力、权力、员工主动行为和异常工作行为、员工福利、跨文化组织心理学、以及中国组织当中的管理问题等。研究成果多发表于《Administrative Science Quarterly》《 Academy of Management 》《Journal,Organization Science》《Journal of Applied Psychology》《Journal of International Business Studies》《Personnel Psychology,》《Journal of Management, Leadership Quarterly》《Journal of Organizational Behavior》《Journal of Occupational and Organizational Psychology》《Journal of Cross-Cultural Psychology》等国际知名管理刊物。曾担任中国管理研究国际协会(IACMR)2012年香港年会的本地组织委员会主席、IACMR的研究委员会主席及亚太区代表。被斯坦福大学评为世界2%最有影响力的科学家之一。
Huang Xu: Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology, Associate Dean of the School of Business Administration, Chair (Principal) Professor of Management, Director of DBA Programme and Director of the Centre for Human Resource Strategy and Development at HKBU Baptist University. He is also a consultant editor of Management and Organization Review, an editorial board member of the Academy of Management Journal and Human Relations, a visiting professor at Griffith University in Australia, and a distinguished professor at Xi'an Jiaotong University and Shanghai University of Finance and Economics. He graduated from Lingnan University in Hong Kong with a degree in Management, obtained a Master of Arts in Organizational Behavior and Analytics from Lancaster University in the United Kingdom, and joined the Hong Kong Polytechnic University after receiving a postdoctoral degree in organizational psychology from Wageningen University in the Netherlands, where he was a professor of management and marketing. His research interests include leadership, power, employee initiative and abnormal work behavior, employee welfare, cross-cultural organizational psychology, and management issues in Chinese organizations. His research results have been published in Administrative Science Quarterly, Academy of Management Journal, Organization Science, Journal of Applied Psychology, Journal of International Business Studies, Personnel Psychology, Journal of Management, Leadership Quarterly, Journal of Organizational Behavior, Journal of Occupational and Organizational Psychology, Journal of Cross-Cultural Psychology and other internationally renowned management journals. He was the Chairman of the Local Organizing Committee of the International Association for Management Research in China (IACMR) 2012 Hong Kong Annual Meeting, the Chairman of the Research Committee of IACMR and the Asia-Pacific Regional Representative. Named one of the world's 2% most influential scientists by Stanford University.
