高志凯：男，1962年出生，祖籍山东文登，耶鲁法学博士，全球化智库副主任，苏州大学讲席教授，北斗产业促进会副会长，国防大学研究生院客座教授，耶鲁法学院中国协会主席，中央电视台和凤凰卫视评论员，拥有美国纽约州注册律师资格。兼任或曾担任：中国能源安全研究所所长，中国国际关系学会理事，欧美同学会常务理事，亚洲协会全球理事，中国国际文化交流中心理事，中华环保联合会理事，中华海外联谊会理事，中国太平洋经济合作全国委员会（PECC）对外经济技术合作委员会常务理事、中缅友好协会理事，中共中央统战部六局信息联络员，沙特阿美公司（沙特阿拉伯国家石油公司）顾问，香港上市公司欢喜传媒董事，以及多家世界500强企业和国内外知名大型企业的董事和顾问等职。1977年，高志凯参加高考，被苏州大学录取。1981年，进入北京外国语学院联合国译员训练班学习。1983年，进入外交部翻译室工作。1985年起，担任邓小平的英文翻译，参与了众多的最高层次的国事活动和外事活动。1988年，前往联合国秘书处担任译员，之后报考耶鲁大学，取得政治学硕士和法学博士双学位。1993年后，高志凯在美国美邦律师事务所担任证券法律师，在摩根士丹利任亚洲区副总裁。1995年，回国参与组建中金公司，此后在电讯盈科、中财国企、欢喜传媒集团有限公司等多家知名企业担任重要职务。高志凯热衷于对国家建言献策，建言涉及奥运、经济、民生、外交、公共安全等各个方面，提出独具见解的建言献策报告四百多份，其中不少建议被中国有关部门采纳和重视，转化为成果。同时，高志凯还善于利用媒体表达立场，经常接受国内外主流媒体采访。2015年，高志凯共接收了约500次国内、国际主流媒体的电视、电台采访，包括中央电视台、中国国际广播电台、新华社、中国日报、BBC、CNN、半岛电视台、新加坡亚洲新闻电视台、日本NHK、俄罗斯电视台等的采访。2016年，高志凯继续在外宣领域发挥重要作用。作为中央电视台英文频道特聘时事评论员，高志凯在中共十八大期间，就十八大和我国的改革和经济发展等重大问题进行大量访谈。参加新加坡亚洲新闻电视台关于中日钓鱼岛冲突的专题访谈节目，与新加坡前驻美大使、日本前驻新加坡大使展开电视辩论，阐述我国关于钓鱼岛的立场，批驳了日本的错误立场，在东南亚引起广泛共鸣。近年来，中央电视台、中国国际广播电台等单位给民革中央致函，表彰高博士在外宣工作和公共外交方面的贡献。2010年，他获得“民革北京市委先进党员”称号；2011年，获得“各民主党派、工商联、无党派人士为全面建设小康社会作贡献”先进个人称号；2011年，获得民革中央颁发的“民革全国参政议政工作先进个人”荣誉称号；2012年，被评为北京市民主党派年度优秀人物。

He is a director of Huanxi Media, a listed company in Hong Kong, and a director and consultant of a number of Fortune 500 companies and well-known large enterprises at home and abroad. In 1977, Gao Zhikai took the college entrance examination and was admitted to Soochow University. In 1981, he entered the United Nations Interpreter Training Course of Beijing Institute of Foreign Chinese and Studies. In 1983, he joined the Translation Office of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Since 1985, he has served as Deng Xiaoping's English translator and participated in many high-level state and foreign affairs activities. In 1988, he worked as an interpreter for the United Nations Secretariat, and then applied to Yale University, where he obtained a master's degree in political science and a doctorate in law. After 1993, Gao Zhikai worked as a securities lawyer at Smith Barney and as a vice president in Asia at Morgan Stanley. In 1995, he returned to China to participate in the establishment of CICC, and since then has held important positions in many well-known enterprises such as PCCW, Zhongcai State-owned Enterprises, and Huanxi Media Group Co., Ltd. Gao Zhikai is keen to make suggestions and suggestions to the country, covering the Olympics, economy, people's livelihood, diplomacy, public security and other aspects, and has put forward more than 400 unique suggestions and suggestions reports, many of which have been adopted and valued by relevant Chinese departments and turned into results. At the same time, Gao Zhikai is also good at using the media to express his position, and is often interviewed by mainstream media at home and abroad. As a special current affairs commentator on CCTV's English channel, Gao Zhikai conducted a large number of interviews during the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China on major issues such as the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and China's reform and economic development. He participated in a special interview program on the Sino-Japanese conflict over the Diaoyu Islands on Singapore's AsiaNews Television, and had a televised debate with Singapore's former ambassador to the United States and Japan's former ambassador to Singapore, expounding China's position on the Diaoyu Islands and refuting Japan's erroneous position, which resonated widely in Southeast Asia. In recent years, China Central Television (CCTV), China Radio International (CRI) and other units have sent letters to the Central Committee of the Revolutionary Committee of the Chinese Kuomintang (KMT) in recognition of Dr. Gao's contributions to foreign propaganda and public diplomacy.
