个人履历:
何鸣元:男,1940年2月出生,江苏苏州人,石油化工专家,中国科学院院士,华东师范大学化学与分子工程学院教授、博士生导师,化学博士后流动站站长,上海市绿色化学与化工过程绿色化重点实验室主任。兼任中国科学院学部主席团成员,国际沸石分子筛协会理事、副主席。1961年毕业于华东纺织工学院应用化学专业。同年进入石油化工科学研究院工作。1981-1982在美国西北大学化学系任访问学者。1983-1984在美国德克萨斯大学奥斯汀分校化工系任访问学者。1985年任石油化工科学研究院基础研究部主任。1993年任石油化工科学研究院副总工程师;1995年当选为中国科学院院士;1996年任中科院化学部常委,副主任;1996年任石油化工科学研究院总工程师;2000年至今,任华东师范大学化学系教授。2001年在华东师范大学化学系创建了我国首个离子液体化学研究中心,任中心主任,2003年该中心发展为上海市绿色化学与化工过程绿色化重点实验室,任实验室主任。长期从事催化材料与炼油化工催化剂研究,发明了一系列沸石合成与改性的新方法并开发出多种炼油催化剂,为发展我国重油裂化技术、提高催化裂化汽油辛烷值、开发新标准汽油生产技术等作出贡献。申请国内外专利200多项,其中150多项已授权;在国内外著名刊物发表研究论文200多篇。研究成果获国家发明二等奖、三等奖各一项,中国石化总公司发明一等奖、科技进步一等奖等若干项。被国务院人事部和国家教委联合授予“做出突出贡献的归国留学人员”称号,2001年获何梁何利科技奖,2003年获上海市劳动模范称号。2012年获中国催化成就奖。2012年被法国教育部授予棕榈叶骑士勋章。
He Mingyuan: Male, born in February 1940, from Suzhou, Jiangsu. He is a petrochemical expert, an academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, and a professor at the School of Chemistry and Molecular Engineering at East China Normal University, where he also supervises doctoral students. He is the director of the Postdoctoral Research Station in Chemistry and the Shanghai Key Laboratory of Green Chemistry and Green Chemical Processes. He also serves as a member of the presidium of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and as a director and vice-chairman of the International Zeolite Molecular Sieve Association. He graduated in 1961 from East China Institute of Textile Science and Technology with a major in Applied Chemistry, and in the same year, began working at the Petrochemical Research Institute. From 1981 to 1982, he was a visiting scholar in the Department of Chemistry at Northwestern University in the United States. From 1983 to 1984, he was a visiting scholar in the Department of Chemical Engineering at the University of Texas at Austin. In 1985, he became the director of the Basic Research Department at the Petrochemical Research Institute. He was appointed deputy chief engineer in 1993, elected as an academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences in 1995, became a member of the Standing Committee and deputy director of the Chemistry Division of the Chinese Academy of Sciences in 1996, and chief engineer of the Petrochemical Research Institute the same year. Since 2000, he has been a professor in the Department of Chemistry at East China Normal University. In 2001, he established China’s first research center for ionic liquid chemistry at East China Normal University, serving as the director. In 2003, the center was developed into the Shanghai Key Laboratory of Green Chemistry and Green Chemical Processes, with him as director. He has long been engaged in research on catalytic materials and refinery catalysts, inventing various new methods for the synthesis and modification of zeolites and developing multiple refining catalysts. His work has contributed to the development of heavy oil cracking technology in China, increased the octane number of catalytic cracking gasoline, and developed new standard gasoline production technologies. He has applied for over 200 domestic and international patents, with more than 150 granted, and published over 200 research papers in famous domestic and international journals. His research achievements have received the National Invention Second and Third Prizes, the First Prize in Invention and Science and Technology Progress from Sinopec, among others. He was recognized by the Ministry of Personnel of the State Council and the National Education Commission as an "Outstanding Returned Scholar." In 2001, he received the Ho Leung Ho Lee Science and Technology Progress Award, in 2003 was named a Model Worker of Shanghai, and in 2012 received the China Catalysis Achievement Award. In 2012, he was awarded the Knight of the Order of Academic Palms by the French Ministry of Education.
