中国科学院院士，西北工业大学教授、博士生导师
个人履历：
张卫红：男，1964年8月出生，山东潍坊人，中国科学院院士，西北工业大学教授、博士生导师，西北工业大学校科协主席，国家杰出青年科学基金获得者，入选新世纪百千万人才工程、国防科技工业“511”人才工程，中国侨联第十届委员会委员，陕西省侨联副主席第十四届全国人大代表。兼任中国航空学会副理事长、陕西省党外知识分子联谊会会长、陕西省欧美同学会会长、陕西省力学学会理事长。1984年，本科毕业于西北工业大学飞行器制造工程系；1991年，在比利时列日大学宇航技术实验室获计算力学与结构优化方向应用科学博士学位。1992年，在比利时列日大学宇航技术实验室继续从事博士后研究，后于1999年回国，历任西北工业大学理学院院长等职务；2014年12月，任西北工业大学校长助理；2015年4月至2025年，任西北工业大学副校长。长期从事航空航天结构轻量化高性能设计、薄壁构件切削制造工艺优化研究。创建了结构整体式构型设计理论与方法，成功应用于航空航天领域。建立了薄壁构件切削制造的工艺优化新方法，有力促进了航空航天高质高效加工技术的发展。先后主持、参与国家自然科学基金面上项目、空天飞行器重大研究计划、陕西省自然科学基金、陕西省教委人才基金、博士点基金、航空基金、国家863项目、973计划30余项，团队获批主持国家首批专家项目；授权国家发明专利92件；发表论文450余篇、SCI论文250余篇，他引7700余次，出版专著/教材6部。研究成果曾获国家自然科学二等奖1项、国家技术发明二等奖1项、省部级一等奖及二等奖各3项。荣获全国创新争先奖、高等教育(研究生)国家级教学成果一等奖、冯如航空科技精英奖、中国侨界杰出人物、中国侨界贡献奖一等奖等，带领团队荣获第27届中国青年五四奖章集体、全国高校黄大年式教师团队等。
