个人履历:
孙洪波:男,1969年1月出生,吉林松原人,激光精密制造专家,中国科学院院士,清华大学长聘教授、博士生导师,清华大学精密测试技术及仪器全国重点实验室主任,国际电气与电子工程师学会会士、国际光学工程学会会士、美国光学学会会士、中国光学学会会士,国家杰出青年科学基金活动者,国家级领军人才。1987年在吉林大学电子科学系入学,1992年(学制5年)获吉林大学理学学士学位,1996 年获吉林大学理学博士学位并留校任教;1996年12月,赴日本德岛大学S-VBL实验室从事博士后研究;2000年6月,任日本大阪大学应用物理系助理教授;2001年4月至2005年3月兼任日本科技振兴事业团(JST)“孙”实验室负责人;2004年12月,任吉林大学电子科学与工程学院教授;2017年9月,任清华大学精密仪器系教授;2022年9月,任清华大学精密测试技术及仪器全国重点实验室主任;2025年,当选中国科学院院士。孙洪波院士长期从事激光精密制造研究,具体从事基于光与物质相互作用基础研究与工程应用,系列创新为我国国防与工业前沿紧迫需求提供了关键技术与解决方案。在Science、Nature等高水平SCI检索杂志发表论文700余篇,被WOS核心集和谷歌学术分别引用3.5万次(H因子101)和4.6万次(H因子110)。5项成果入选中国光学十大进展,100余次被《自然》等国际知名杂志和媒体专题评论(整篇文章介绍他的工作);以第一完成人获国家自然科学奖二等奖2项、教育部和吉林省自然科学奖一等奖3项,获全国创新争先奖。
