个人履历：
陈杰，男，1965年7月生，福建福清人，控制理论与控制工程专家，中国工程院院士，IEEE Fellow、IFAC Fellow，哈尔滨工业大学党委书记，教授、博士生导师，“自主智能无人系统”全国重点实验室主任、教育部前沿科学中心主任、上海自主智能无人系统科学中心主任，国家自然科学基金委基础科学中心负责人、国家自然科学基金委创新研究群体负责人，国家杰出青年科学基金获得者，新世纪百千万人才工程国家级人才，全国优秀科技工作者，第二十届中央候补委员，。2001年毕业于北京理工大学获博士学位，留校任教，历任北京理工大学自动控制系主任、信息科学技术学院党委书记、科技处处长、科学技术研究院常务副院长、校长助理；2014年4月任北京理工大学党委常委、副校长；2018年7月任同济大学校长（副部长级）、党委副书记；2022年12月，任中华人民共和国教育部副部长；2024年11月，任哈尔滨工业大学党委书记。研究领域为控制科学与工程、智能无人系统，主要研究方向是复杂系统多指标优化与控制、多智能体协同控制等。提出并建立了分布式协同控制的混合智能优化与稳定性的理论与方法，突破了多运动平台的分布式协同控制等技术难题。承担973计划、国家自然科学基金等任务多项；发表SCI收录论文100余篇，出版专著5部，译著和教材各1部。以第一发明人获授权发明专利40多项；研究成果以第一完成人获得国家自然科学奖二等奖1项、国家科技进步二等奖2项、省部级一等奖4项，获2018年何梁何利基金“科学与技术进步奖”。
