个人履历：
王海福：男，1966年11月生，浙江兰溪人，中国工程院院士，北京理工大学机电学院无人飞航工程系系主任，北京理工大学教授、博士生导师，享受国务院政府特殊津贴。担任多个国家重点领域专家组成员，中国宇航学会某专委会副主任委员，中国兵工学会《Defense Technology》期刊副主编。 1985年9月至1989年7月在北京理工大学机电学院攻读火工烟火技术专业学士学位；1989年9月至1992年3月在北京理工大学机电学院攻读兵器安全技术专业硕士学位；1992年9月至1996年3月在北京理工大学机电学院攻读弹药战斗部工程专业博士学位；1996年3月至1998年6月任北京理工大学机电学院讲师、硕士生导师；1998年7月至2016年12月历任北京理工大学机电学院副教授、教授、博士生导师；2010年7月任北京理工大学机电学院无人飞航工程系系主任；2017年1月至2021年7月任北京理工大学兵器科学与技术学科特聘教授；2018年1月任北京理工大学毁伤技术与弹药工程学科方向责任教授；2021年8月任北京理工大学杰出教授。主要研究方向为活性毁伤弹药战斗部技术。主持型号研制、演示验证、基础加强、前沿创新等重大重点项目11，其他项目15项；发表SCI、EI等学术论文130余篇，出版著作7部；授权国防发明专利27项，受理国防和国家发明专利17项，登记软件注册权5项。研究成果获国家技术发明奖二等奖2项（排名第1），部级科技奖一等、二等奖5项。曾获全国五一劳动奖章、首届全国创新争先奖状、首都劳动奖章。
Wang Haifu: Male, born in November 1966, from Lanxi, Zhejiang, academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, head of the Department of Unmanned Aviation Engineering, School of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, Beijing Institute of Technology, professor and doctoral supervisor of Beijing Institute of Technology, enjoying special government allowances from the State Council. He is a member of expert groups in key areas of many countries, vice chairman of a special committee of the Chinese Astronautical Society, and deputy editor-in-chief of the journal "Defense Technology" of the Chinese Society of Ordnance Engineering. From September 1985 to July 1989, he studied for a bachelor's degree in pyrotechnic technology at the School of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering of Beijing Institute of Technology. From September 1989 to March 1992, he studied for a master's degree in weapon safety technology at the School of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering of Beijing Institute of Technology. From September 1992 to March 1996, he studied for a doctorate in ammunition warhead engineering at the School of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering of Beijing Institute of Technology. From March 1996 to June 1998, he served as a lecturer and master's tutor at the School of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, Beijing Institute of Technology. From July 1998 to December 2016, he served as an associate professor, professor and doctoral supervisor of the School of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering of Beijing Institute of Technology. In July 2010, he was appointed as the head of the Department of Unmanned Aviation Engineering, School of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, Beijing Institute of Technology. From January 2017 to July 2021, he served as a distinguished professor of weapons science and technology at Beijing Institute of Technology. In January 2018, he was appointed as the responsible professor of the discipline of damage technology and ammunition engineering at Beijing Institute of Technology. In August 2021, he was appointed as an outstanding professor at Beijing Institute of Technology. The main research direction is active damage ammunition warhead technology. He presided over 11 major key projects such as model development, demonstration and verification, foundation strengthening, and cutting-edge innovation, and 15 other projects. He has published more than 130 academic papers such as SCI and EI, and published 7 books. 27 national defense invention patents have been authorized, 17 national defense and national invention patents have been accepted, and 5 software registration rights have been registered. His research results have won 2 second prizes of the National Technological Invention Award (ranked 1st), and 5 first and second prizes of the Ministerial Science and Technology Award. He has won the National May Day Labor Medal, the first National Innovation Competition Award, and the Capital Labor Medal.
