个人履历：
汪志广：男，1971年出生，湖北襄樊人，全国知名教师培训专家，北京教育科学研究院科研员，北京市首届班主任基本功大赛命题人兼评委，原海淀区教育党校副校长、中小学干部研修中心副主任，中国教育学会校长教师培训专家，中国教育学会教育策划学术委员会委员。主要研究领域是中小学学校管理、校长领导力和教师专业化发展。在《北京教育》《中小学校长》《基础教育参考》《中小学管理》等期刊上发表论文篇；已出版专著《如何成为一名好老师》。汪老师被学员们称为“舌尖上的老师”、“教育界的马三立”，他的课被赞为“教育相声”。
Wang Zhiguang: Male, born in 1971, from Xiangfan, Hubei Province, a nationally renowned teacher training expert, researcher at the Beijing Academy of Educational Sciences, question setter and judge for the first Beijing Class Teacher Basic Skills Competition, former vice principal of the Haidian District Party School of Education and deputy director of the Primary and Secondary School Cadre Training Center, education expert for principal and teacher training at the Chinese Society of Education, and member of the Academic Committee on Education Planning of the Chinese Society of Education. His main research areas are primary and secondary school management, principal leadership, and teacher professional development. He has published articles in journals such as Beijing Education, Primary and Secondary School Principals, Reference for Basic Education, and Management of Primary and Secondary Schools. He has also authored the monograph "How to Become a Good Teacher." Teacher Wang is referred to by his students as "the teacher on the tip of the tongue" and "the Ma Sanli of the education world," and his classes are praised as "educational cross-talk."
