段志蓉
清华大学经管学院中国工商管理案例中心研究员
个人履历:
段志蓉:中国工商管理案例中心研究员,创新创业与战略系教授。段志蓉拥有清华大学工学学士、硕士,管理学博士,以及澳大利亚新南威尔士大学营销学博士学位。曾在美国沃顿商学院、哈佛商学院和澳大利亚麦考瑞大学担任访问学者。先后任教于清华经管学院金融系和创新创业与战略系,讲授国际商务、战略、营销、领导力、可持续发展相关课程。主要研究方向为宏观营销学、战略、企业社会责任和企业国际化。曾主持和参与了由小林实基金、清华大学学生研究训练(SRT)项目、清华大学经管学院基础研究基金等多个组织发起的重要研究课题;在Journal of Macromarketing等国际国内学术刊物上发表20多篇中英文论文;在企业战略咨询领域,曾担任海龙集团咨询项目合作负责人、中国机械设备进出口总公司咨询项目合作负责人、麦肯锡咨询顾问公司“全球调查”项目外部专家,并在近年来主持了多个跨国中小企业的战略咨询项目。历获清华大学教学成果特等奖、北京市教学成果二等奖,国家级一流本科课程等奖项。
Duan Zhirong: Researcher at the China Industrial and Commercial Management Case Center, Professor in the Department of Innovation, Entrepreneurship and Strategy. Duan Zhirong holds a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Engineering from Tsinghua University, a Doctorate in Management, and a PhD in Marketing from the University of New South Wales in Australia. He has served as a visiting scholar at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, Harvard Business School, and Macquarie University in Australia. He has taught in the Department of Finance and the Department of Innovation, Entrepreneurship and Strategy at the Tsinghua University School of Economics and Management, covering courses related to international business, strategy, marketing, leadership, and sustainable development. His main research areas include macro marketing, strategy, corporate social responsibility, and internationalization of enterprises. He has led and participated in important research projects initiated by the Kobayashi Masaru Foundation, the Tsinghua University Student Research Training (SRT) project, and the Basic Research Fund of the Tsinghua University School of Economics and Management, among others; he has published over 20 papers in both Chinese and English in international and domestic academic journals such as the Journal of Macromarketing; in the field of corporate strategy consulting, he has served as the project cooperation lead for Hai Long Group's consulting projects, the project cooperation lead for China National Machinery Import & Export Corporation’s consulting projects, and as an external expert for McKinsey & Company’s 'Global Survey' project, and has led multiple strategic consulting projects for multinational small and medium-sized enterprises in recent years. He has received numerous awards, including the Special Prize for Teaching Achievements from Tsinghua University, the Second Prize for Teaching Achievements from Beijing, and the National First-Class Undergraduate Course award.
