个人履历：
包季鸣，男，1952年出生于上海，管理科学博士，复旦大学管理学院教授，EMBA学术主任，原上实集团副总裁兼海外公司总裁、原上实集团执行董事兼海外公司董事长。曾兼任：民生银行外部监事，万向钱潮股份有限公司、雅戈尔集团股份有限公司的独立董事，安通控股独立董事。毕业于复旦大学管理学院获博士后。1995年调入上海实业(集团)有限公司（香港）工作，历任企业管理部总经理、集团副总裁兼海外公司总裁、集团执行董事兼海外公司董事长等。主持了中国在圣彼得堡市波罗的海明珠项目建设。2009年，包季鸣教授重回复旦大学管理学院全职任教，研究方向企业组织与人事、企业领导学、工业企业管理和现代组织行为学。出版《AI时代的领导力》《新五星领导力修炼》《企业组织与人事》《企业领导学》《工业企业管理导论》《现代组织行为学教程》等著作共16部，发表文章50余篇；其中参与研究的“关于国际经贸集成商的创建与管理”课题荣获2006年国家级企业管理创新成果一等奖。应邀多次作为客座教授或访问学者在台湾淡江大学、香港科技大学、香港中文大学、加拿大麦克马斯特大学、南加州大学等地讲学。
Bao Jiming, male, born in Shanghai in 1952, is a doctor of management science, a professor at the School of Management of Fudan University, an academic director of EMBA, a former vice president and president of SIIC Group, and a former executive director of SIIC Group and chairman of overseas companies. He has also served as an external supervisor of Minsheng Bank, an independent director of Wanxiang Qianchao Co., Ltd. and Youngor Group Co., Ltd., and an independent director of Antong Holdings. Graduated from the School of Management of Fudan University as a postdoctoral fellow. In 1995, he was transferred to Shanghai Industrial (Group) Co., Ltd. (Hong Kong) and successively served as the general manager of the enterprise management department, the vice president of the group and the president of overseas companies, the executive director of the group and the chairman of the board of directors of overseas companies. He presided over the construction of China's Baltic Pearl project in St. Petersburg. In 2009, Professor Bao Jiming returned to the School of Management of Fudan University to teach full-time, focusing on enterprise organization and personnel, corporate leadership, industrial enterprise management and modern organizational behavior. He has published 16 books and more than 50 articles, including "Leadership in the AI Era", "New Five-Star Leadership Training", "Enterprise Organization and Personnel", "Enterprise Leadership", "Introduction to Industrial Enterprise Management", and "Modern Organizational Behavior Course". Among them, the project "On the Creation and Management of International Economic and Trade Integrators" won the first prize of the 2006 National Enterprise Management Innovation Achievement. He has been invited to give lectures as a visiting professor or visiting scholar at Tamkang University in Taiwan, the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, the Chinese University of Hong Kong, McMaster University in Canada, and the University of Southern California.
