个人履历：
樊嘉：男，1958年生，江苏盐城人，肝肿瘤学家，中国科学院院士，主任医师、教授、博士生导师，复旦大学附属中山医院名誉院长、复旦大学肝癌研究所所长、复旦大学器官移植中心主任、复旦中山肿瘤防治中心主任，上海国际医学科创中心主任，上海市肝病研究所所长，上海市肝脏肿瘤临床医学中心主任，上海市科学技术协会副主席。兼任：国家癌症中心肝癌质控专家委员会主任委员、中国医师协会外科医师分会会长、中国医师协会外科医师分会肝脏外科医师委员会主任委员、中国临床肿瘤协会副理事长、中国抗癌协会副理事长、中华医学会常务理事、《原发性肝癌诊疗规范》《原发性肝癌诊疗指南》编写专家委员会主任委员。樊嘉院士从事肝肿瘤外科临床诊疗、基础研究及教学工作。首创肝癌门静脉癌栓多模式综合治疗技术，使伴门静脉癌栓的晚期肝癌由不可治变为部分可治。成功实施肝脏移植2900余例，其中包括亚洲首例成人肝心联合移植、上海市首例成人－成人右半肝活体肝移植等。对肝癌肝移植进行了系统研究，提出我国肝癌肝移植适应证-“上海复旦标准”。系统解析了肝癌转移复发微环境调控分子机制，建立了肝癌早诊及转移复发预测模型，并实现多项临床技术转化。近年来承担国家科技支撑计划等国家及省部级课题30余项。以第一或通讯作者发表包括：Cell、Nature、Lancet Oncology、Journal of Clinical Oncology、Gastroenterology、Hepatology、Gut等论著200余篇。作为第一完成人获教育部自然科学奖一等奖，国家科技进步二等奖；作为主要参与者曾获2项国家科技进步二等奖和1项国家科技进步一等奖。荣获：谈家桢奖、何梁何利科技进步奖、吴阶平-保罗杨森医学药学奖、中国医师奖、全国十佳优秀科技工作者、全国十大我最喜爱的健康卫士、上海市劳模、全国劳模、世界杰出华人医师霍英东奖、中国医院协会突出贡献奖等荣誉称号。
