个人履历:
吴建国:企业组织变革与人力资源管理专家,华为公司原人力资源副总裁,是华为人才体系的构建者之一,深圳市基业长青首席顾问,日本东北大学客座教授,并为多家知名企业提供咨询服务和培训,湖畔大学授课老师。 毕业于浙江大学,获得学士学位,后在中国科学院获得硕士学位,并在澳大利亚悉尼大学获得MBA学位。他在1987年毕业后,曾在西安的一家研究所工作,并获得公费出国留学的机会,前往澳洲深造。吴建国于1996年加入华为,历任产品策略总监、人力资源副总裁、总裁助理等职务。他在华为工作期间,参与了《华为基本法》的起草,并在公司的人才管理和组织建设方面发挥了重要作用。他曾表示,华为的核心竞争力在于对人才的有效管理,而不仅仅是人才本身。 在华为工作期间,贡献包括:是华为人才体系从零到一的构建者之一,帮助公司在快速发展的过程中建立了有效的人力资源管理机制;强调中小企业的组织管理应根据实际需求进行调整,而不是追求庞大和复杂的体系。 先后为三一重工、玉柴机器、鲁能电力、广东威创、浙江舜宇集团、北京凌云集团、深圳思创集团等四十多家企业进行薪酬改革方案设计、绩效改进方案设计、任职资格体系设计以及企业培训体系设计等。出版《华为团队工作法》《华为组织力》《华为的世界》等多部管理畅销书。
Wu Jianguo: An expert in organizational change and human resource management, former Vice President of Human Resources at Huawei, and one of the builders of Huawei's talent system. He is the Chief Consultant for Shenzhen long-lasting enterprise, a visiting professor at Tohoku University in Japan, and provides consulting services and training for many well-known enterprises. He is also a lecturer at Lakeside University. Wu graduated from Zhejiang University with a bachelor's degree, later obtained a master's degree from the Chinese Academy of Sciences, and received an MBA from the University of Sydney in Australia. After graduating in 1987, he worked at a research institute in Xi'an and had the opportunity for government-sponsored study abroad in Australia. Wu Jianguo joined Huawei in 1996, serving in various positions including Director of Product Strategy, Vice President of Human Resources, and Assistant to the President. During his time at Huawei, he participated in drafting the 'Huawei Basic Law' and played an important role in talent management and organizational development within the company. He has stated that Huawei's core competitiveness lies in effective talent management, not just in the talent itself. His contributions at Huawei include being one of the builders of the talent system from scratch, helping the company establish an effective human resource management mechanism during its rapid development, and emphasizing that the organizational management of small and medium-sized enterprises should be adjusted according to actual needs rather than pursuing large and complex systems. He has designed compensation reform plans, performance improvement plans, qualification systems, and training systems for over forty enterprises, including Sany Heavy Industry, Yuchai Machinery, Luneng Power, Guangdong Weichuang, Zhejiang Shunyi Group, Beijing Lingyun Group, and Shenzhen Sichuang Group. He has published several management bestsellers such as 'Huawei Team Work Method,' 'Huawei Organizational Capability,' and 'The World of Huawei.'
