易祖炜
华为公司前项目管理能力中心部长、项目管理专家、华为“蓝血十杰”。
易祖炜1997年加入华为公司，历任华为技术服务工程设计部副总经理、华为拉美海外区域市场及服务总监、公司流程集成部副部长，公司IFS变革项目群财经政策与流程项目经理、变革经理、公司集成服务交付ISD变革项目经理，公司项目管理能力中心部长等职务。
易祖炜负责或参与BT海外运营商认证项目、海外端到端E2E交付能力提升项目、全流程PM运作机制、集成服务交付ISD项目、华为通用项目管理及知识管理服务平台建设等多个重大项目。

Yi Zuwei joined Huawei in 1997 and has held various positions, including Deputy General Manager of Huawei Technology Service Engineering Design Department, Director of Huawei's Latin America Overseas Regional Market and Services, Deputy Director of the Company’s Process Integration Department, Project Manager and Change Manager of the company’s IFS Transformation Project Group for Financial Policies and Processes, ISD Transformation Project Manager for Integrated Service Delivery, and Director of the Project Management Capability Center.
Yi Zuwei has been responsible for or participated in multiple major projects, including BT overseas carrier certification projects, overseas end-to-end (E2E) delivery capability improvement projects, full-process PM operation mechanism, Integrated Service Delivery (ISD) projects, and the construction of Huawei's general project management and knowledge management service platform.
