个人履历:
曹虎:科特勒咨询集团全球合伙人及中国区总裁、科特勒增长实验室创始人,师从现代营销学之父菲利普·科特勒,科特勒咨询集团中国业务的开创者之一,中国国际友好联络会理事。长期专注于企业营销战略、品牌战略及创新产业咨询,提出“H2H人本营销”新框架,强调营销应从面向消费者转向创造者,并系统阐述中国企业出海的四个发展阶段。在AI与ESG融合背景下,倡导顾客价值创新,强调品牌需融入ESG理念,提出高价值国际品牌的三大基石 。出版《溢出:新质生产力浪潮下中国企业出海营销战略》《金星上的营销》《新增长路径》《什么是营销》《数字时代的营销战略》等多部著作。截止2025年,领导科特勒咨询中国公司提供市场战略和品牌战略咨询已服务超过120家世界500强企业,行业覆盖互联网、高科技、移动通信、3C智能电器、航空航天、农业食品、金融服务、旅游文化、医疗健康等,其中中国企业包括腾讯、阿里、百度、小红书、懂车帝、通用汽车、普惠发动机、宇通客车、江淮汽车、三一集团、玲珑轮胎、华润雪花、中国平安、中航国际、中国银行、中国银联、中储粮、中纺、宝钢集团、蒙牛、雍禾医疗、云南白药、以岭药业等,并担任多家企业董事及机构理事。
Cao Hu: Global Partner and China President of Kotler Consulting Group, Founder of the Kotler Growth Lab, a protégé of Philip Kotler, the father of modern marketing, and one of the pioneers of Kotler Consulting Group's China operations. He is also a council member of the China International Friendship Contact Association. He has long focused on corporate marketing strategy, brand strategy, and innovation industry consulting, proposing the new "H2H Human-Centric Marketing" framework, emphasizing that marketing should shift from being consumer-oriented to creator-oriented, and systematically explaining the four development stages for Chinese enterprises going global. In the context of AI and ESG integration, he advocates customer value innovation, emphasizes that brands need to incorporate ESG concepts, and proposes three cornerstone principles for high-value international brands. He has published multiple works including *Overflow: China's Corporate Global Marketing Strategy in the Wave of New Productivity*, *Marketing on Venus*, *New Growth Pathways*, *What is Marketing*, and *Marketing Strategy in the Digital Era*. By 2025, under his leadership, Kotler Consulting China has provided market strategy and brand strategy consulting services to over 120 Fortune 500 companies across industries such as internet, high-tech, mobile communications, 3C smart appliances, aerospace, agriculture and food, financial services, tourism and culture, and healthcare. Chinese clients include Tencent, Alibaba, Baidu, Xiaohongshu, Dongchedi, General Motors, Universal Engines, Yutong Bus, JAC Motors, Sany Group, Linglong Tire, China Resources Snow Breweries, Ping An of China, AVIC International, Bank of China, China UnionPay, China Grain Reserves Corporation, China Textile, Baosteel Group, Mengniu, Yonghe Medical, Yunnan Baiyao, and Yiling Pharmaceutical.
