黄旭：人力资源专家，嘉御基金合伙人，阿里巴巴集团原人力资源副总裁（HRVP），拥有14年人力资源管理、7年运营、6年投资经验，先后为十多家企业提供咨询服务，涉及外企、国企、民企，传统行业、互联网行业，咨询、投资等领域。曾在阿里巴巴集团任人力资源副总裁（HRVP）、负责集团高管的评估、发展和人才盘点，主导了阿里巴巴的赛马等HR创新项目；在麦当劳负责多家门店的运营以及建立管理人员的培养体系；在沃尔玛(中国)任高级培训经理，为沃尔玛在中国的发展建设了输送运营和采购及领导人才的培养管道；在华润万家（大型零售连锁企业）任HRVP，参与和负责人员整合、新团队建立、业态创新等一系列变革管理；在维新力特资本作为合伙人，主要负责投资前的组织和人的风险评估以及投资后的组织和人的绩效改善。出版《13+1 体系：打造持续健康的组织》等著作。
Huang Xu: Human resources expert, partner at Jia Yu Fund, former Vice President of Human Resources (HRVP) at Alibaba Group, with 14 years of human resources management, 7 years of operations, and 6 years of investment experience. He has provided consulting services for more than ten companies, involving foreign enterprises, state-owned enterprises, private enterprises, traditional industries, and internet industries in consulting, investment, and other fields. He served as Vice President of Human Resources (HRVP) at Alibaba Group, responsible for the assessment, development, and talent inventory of the group's executives, leading HR innovation projects such as Alibaba’s horse racing initiative. At McDonald's, he was responsible for the operations of multiple stores and built a training system for management personnel. As a Senior Training Manager at Walmart (China), he developed a pipeline for training operation, procurement, and leadership talents for Walmart's growth in China. He was HRVP at China Resources Vanguard (a large retail chain), participating in and responsible for personnel integration, new team establishment, and a series of change management involving business innovation. As a partner at Weixin Lite Capital, he is mainly responsible for organizational and personnel risk assessments before investment and performance improvement of organization and personnel after investment. He published works such as 'System 13 1: Building a Continuously Healthy Organization'.
