个人履历：
周培玉：男，1958年3月出生，安徽巢湖人，中共党员，著名战略管理和企业创新专家，高级策划师，现任全国商务策划师培训总部主任，我国商务策划学科带头人，清华大学特聘教授，多所大学兼职教授，中国企业联合会专家委员，山西杏花村汾酒厂股份有限公司独立董事，曾任多家大型企业战略专家。1977年恢复高考首届本科生，文理兼修（双学历）。二十年潜心研究中国谋略智慧与西方管理理论的融合，探寻中国特色的企业经营之道，国家创新人才评价体系一一《商务策划师资质评价标准》、《企划职业经理人资格认证标准》起草人。凭借传统文化修养和丰富的高校、媒体、企业等从业经历，坚持商战理论开发和应用，引起政府部门的高度重视和市场的热烈响应，从而影响并积极推动了中国策划创新人才的职业化培训、商务策划学科建设和大学专业的设立。2001年创办CBSA总部，先后为政府部门、企事业单位培训各类创新人才15万人次以上，出色完成多项竞标咨询项目，出版《迷途：解码企业从成功走向失败》《企业战略策划》《策划思维与创意方法》《商务策划管理教程》等商战、策划、管理类著作十余部，成为国内系统研究策划创新理论、实战成果斐然的软实力机构。其深藏不露的国学修养、独到的战略创新思想，在政府部门和企业家高端培训中独树一帜。先后应邀在北京大学、清华大学等50余所高等院校和数十家政府部门，企事业单位举办各类讲座和培训二百余场。

In 1977, the first undergraduate students of the college entrance examination were resumed, with both arts and sciences (double degree). He has devoted himself to the study of the integration of Chinese strategic wisdom and Western management theories, explored the way of enterprise management with Chinese characteristics, and is the drafter of the national innovative talent uation system, "Business Planner Qualification uation Standards" and "Planning Professional Manager Qualification Certification Standards". Relying on the traditional cultural cultivation and rich experience in universities, media, enterprises, etc., he adheres to the development and application of business war theory, which has aroused great attention from government departments and enthusiastic response from the market, thus influencing and actively promoting the professional training of China's planning and innovative talents, the construction of business planning disciplines and the establishment of university majors. Founded in 2001, CBSA headquarters has trained more than 150,000 innovative talents for government departments, enterprises and institutions, completed a number of bidding consulting projects, and published more than 10 books on business warfare, planning and management, such as "Lost: Decoding Enterprises from Success to Failure", "Enterprise Strategic Planning", "Planning Thinking and Creative Methods", "Business Planning Management Course", etc., and has become a soft power institution with outstanding results in systematic research and planning innovation theory and practical results in China.
