郭春林教授具有多年的企业辅导教学经验，学识渊博，视野宏大。他从宇宙看世界，从世界看中国，从中国看企业，他运用哲学、文化，逻辑等系统，阐述了信息革命背景下，现有的市场秩序与商业规则面临新的冲击，企业面临着转型、革新和成长的挑战。现任《中国精英企业家私塾论道》项目负责人和主讲，中原书院院长，北京大学后EMBA导师。曾先后任北京大学企业家思想研究中心及竞争力中心副主任。给后E主讲《哲学智慧和人生思考》、《政治与权力》课程。担任北大《思想工作坊》导师，并主持一期班的《人与世界》、《思想与方法》、《宗教与文化》、《政治与权力》、《经济与财富》、《科学与未来》等讲座。也担任北京大学医学院医药EMBA班、北京大学汇丰商学院的《战略管理》课程。还担任西安交通大学人文学院企业家人文素养提升班的首席教师，先后兼任西安欧亚学院经济系主任，多家顾问。有人说他是国内顶级战略家，有人说他是思想家，有人说他是当代的隐士，他说：“我什么家也不是，只是知识花园中的一个观光客，对于学问、知识和先贤圣哲的思想与智慧充满了好奇，我能进得去出得来而已。
Guo Chunlin: male, born in April 1964, philosophical wisdom speculator, strategy and human resources expert, business mentor, chief philosopher and director of the Academic Committee of the New Yushang Leadership College, favorite tutor of Peking University students, deputy director of the Leadership Research Center of Peking University, dean of Zhongyuan College, and director of the Department of Economics of Xi'an Eurasian College, former deputy director of the Entrepreneurship Thought Research Center of Peking University, and consultant of many enterprises. Guo Chunlin's area of expertise is entrepreneurial thinking and top-level design, and he has been engaged in research and teaching in three fields: strategic management, philosophical wisdom and life thinking, and politics and power. Professor Guo Chunlin has learned from both China and the West, and has formed his own ideological system, and put forward a set of systematic and holistic views on life and business. He has served as the deputy director of the Center for Entrepreneurship and Competitiveness at Peking University. He taught courses on "Philosophical Wisdom and Life Reflections" and "Politics and Power" to Hou E. He served as a tutor of the "Thought Workshop" of Peking University, and presided over the lectures of "Man and the World", "Thought and Method", "Religion and Culture", "Politics and Power", "Economy and Wealth", "Science and Future" and other lectures. He also serves as a member of the Medical Executive MBA Program of Peking University Medical School and the Strategic Management Program of Peking University HSBC Business School. He also served as the chief teacher of the Entrepreneur Humanistic Literacy Improvement Class of the School of Humanities of Xi'an Jiaotong University, and successively served as the director of the Department of Economics of Xi'an Eurasia College, and a number of consultants.
