个人履历：
戴俭明：男，1944年7月生，安徽含山人，中共党员，中纪委原副部级巡视员、中央纪委宣传教育室主任，中共党建史研究专业委员会副会长，全国党建研究会特邀研究员，中国行为法学会廉政行为研究会会长兼专家委员会主任。曾任全国党建研究会副秘书长、中国法学会廉政法制研究会会长。1962年7月从安徽省巢县中学毕业，考入安徽大学政治系政治经济学专业学习，1966年大学毕业，因“文化大革命”留校待分配。1968年4月，分配到一国防工厂工作，接受过劳动锻炼，担任过工厂党委宣传干事、团委副书记、车间党支部书记、厂政治处副主任。1978年9月，考入中国社会科学院研究生院现实经济系工业经济专业学习，1981年9月毕业，获经济学硕士学位。硕士毕业后分配到中央纪委工作，先后任中央纪委办公厅副处长、处长，中央纪委研究室副主任，正局级纪检员、监察专员兼中央纪委机关刊物《党风与党纪》编辑部主任，中央纪委宣传教育室主任。2003年6月，任中央纪委副部级巡视专员，兼任中国经济前沿决策顾问中心副理事长。2015年12月，参加并主讲第八次长安街读书会：制度建设与反腐倡廉。
Dai Jianming: male, born in July 1944, a native of Hanshan, Anhui Province, a member of the Communist Party of China, a former deputy ministerial-level inspector of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection, director of the Propaganda and Education Office of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection, vice chairman of the Professional Committee for the Study of the History of Party Building of the Communist Party of China, a specially invited researcher of the National Party Building Research Association, and the president and director of the Expert Committee of the China Behavior Law Society. He used to be the deputy secretary-general of the National Party Building Research Association and the chairman of the China Law Society Integrity and Legal System Research Association. In July 1962, he graduated from Chaoxian Middle School in Anhui Province and was admitted to the Department of Political Science of Anhui University to study political economy, and graduated from university in 1966. In April 1968, he was assigned to work in a national defense factory, received labor training, and served as the propaganda officer of the party committee of the factory, the deputy secretary of the Youth League Committee, the secretary of the party branch of the workshop, and the deputy director of the political department of the factory. In September 1978, he was admitted to the Graduate School of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences to study industrial economics, and graduated in September 1981 with a master's degree in economics. After graduating with a master's degree, he was assigned to work in the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection, and successively served as deputy director and director of the General Office of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection, deputy director of the Research Office of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection, bureau-level discipline inspector and supervisor, director of the editorial department of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection's publication "Party Style and Party Discipline", and director of the Propaganda and Education Office of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection. In June 2003, he was appointed as the Deputy Ministerial-level Inspector of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection and the Vice Chairman of the China Economic Frontier Decision-making Advisory Center. In December 2015, he participated in and gave a lecture on the 8th Chang'an Street Reading Club: System Construction and Anti-corruption.
