个人履历：
戴晓曙：男，1956年1月生，江苏盐城人，党的干部工作读物基础工程召集人，国家能源局原党组成员、纪检组组长。1972年11月参加工作，1976年9月加入中国共产党。1982年6月到上海铁路局杭州铁路分局政治部组织部工作。1988年8月到中共浙江省委组织部工作，历任调研室主任干事、副主任、主任，《时代先锋》杂志社副社长，浙江组织人事科研所所长。1999年12月任中共浙江省金华市委组织部部长。2000年3月任中共浙江省金华市委常委、组织部部长。2003年6月任中共中央组织部干部一局副局长。2008年5月任中共中央组织部干部一局巡视员、副局长。2008年12月任中共中央组织部干部一局（公务员管理办公室）巡视员、副局长（副主任）。2012年12月任国家能源局党组纪检组组长、党组成员。 2013年4月任重新组建后国家能源局党组纪检组组长、党组成员。《党建研究》《中国党政干部论坛》《治理研究》等期刊上发表了理论文章多篇；出版《干部心理健康工作研究》《好干部标准实践方法研究》等著作多部。近年来，应邀为众多地方政府、部门及高校讲授党风廉政建设方面的主题党课。
Dai Xiaoshu: male, born in January 1956, a native of Yancheng, Jiangsu, the convener of the basic project of the party's cadre work reading materials, the former member of the party group and the leader of the discipline inspection team of the National Energy Administration. He began his career in November 1972 and joined the Communist Party of China in September 1976. In June 1982, he worked in the Organization Department of the Political Department of the Hangzhou Railway Branch of the Shanghai Railway Bureau. In August 1988, he went to work in the Organization Department of the Zhejiang Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China, and successively served as the director, deputy director and director of the Research Office, the vice president of the Times Pioneer magazine, and the director of the Zhejiang Organization and Personnel Research Institute. In December 1999, he was appointed as the head of the Organization Department of the Jinhua Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China, Zhejiang Province. In March 2000, he was appointed as a member of the Standing Committee of the Jinhua Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China in Zhejiang Province and the head of the Organization Department. In June 2003, he was appointed Deputy Director of the First Bureau of the Organization Department of the CPC Central Committee. In May 2008, he was appointed as an inspector and deputy director of the First Bureau of Cadres of the Organization Department of the CPC Central Committee. In December 2008, he was appointed as an inspector and deputy director (deputy director) of the First Bureau of Cadres (Civil Service Management Office) of the Organization Department of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China. In December 2012, he was appointed as the head of the discipline inspection team and a member of the party group of the National Energy Administration. In April 2013, he was appointed as the head of the discipline inspection team and a member of the party group of the reorganized National Energy Administration. He has published many theoretical articles in journals such as "Research on Party Building", "Forum of Chinese Party and Government Cadres", and "Governance Research"; He has published many books such as "Research on Mental Health of Cadres" and "Research on Standard Practice Methods of Good Cadres". In recent years, he has been invited to give lectures on the theme of party style and clean government construction for many local governments, departments and universities.
