个人履历：
刘亚铭：男，1963年6月出生，湖北武汉人，纪检监察专家，海南省纪委监委一级巡视员，原海南省省委第一巡视组副组长、海南省省纪委监委第二监督检查室主任，党政干部职务犯罪研究员，中央纪委国家监委纪检专案组成员，国家检察官学院聘任教授，全国干部教育培训师资库成员，CCTV反腐专题纪录片《永远吹冲锋号》特邀嘉宾，多家国企、央企特约纪检业务专家。1980年8月参加工作，1995年5月加入中国共产党。历任海南省人民检察院监所检察处副处级助理检察员、副处级检察员，渎职侵权检察处副处长，反渎职侵权局副局长，反贪污贿赂局综合指导处副处长、大案要案侦查指挥中心办公室（侦查二处）副主任（副处长）、侦查二处处长、综合指导处处长、副局长。2017年2月至2018年1月，任海南省纪委、省监察厅第二纪检监察室主任。2018年01月至2023年1月，海南省纪委省监委第二纪检监察室主任。刘亚铭老师从事纪检监察工作近30年，参加办理过多起职务违纪违法犯罪大要案件。由于工作成绩突出，先后两次荣立二等功，一次荣立三等功。作为全国知名纪检实战专家，刘亚铭老师擅长领域廉政建设与反腐败、纪检实务，曾先后受聘中央纪委及广西、贵州等多地纪检委专家组成员，近年受邀为众多央企、国企、高校等单位进行讲座，是全国最具影响力的纪检监察专家之一。

He began his career in August 1980 and joined the Communist Party of China in May 1995. He has successively served as Assistant Procurator and Deputy Division-level Procurator of the Prison Inspection Division of the Hainan Provincial People's Procuratorate, Deputy Director of the Prosecution Division for Malfeasance and Infringement, Deputy Director of the Anti-Malfeasance and Infringement Bureau, Deputy Director of the Comprehensive Guidance Division of the Anti-Corruption and Bribery Bureau, Deputy Director (Deputy Director), Director of the Second Investigation Division, Director of the Comprehensive Guidance Division and Deputy Director of the Office of the Investigation Command Center for Major and Important Cases (Investigation Division II). From February 2017 to January 2018, he served as the director of the Second Discipline Inspection and Supervision Office of the Hainan Provincial Commission for Discipline Inspection and the Provincial Department of Supervision. From January 2018 to January 2023, Director of the Second Discipline Inspection and Supervision Office of the Hainan Provincial Commission for Discipline Inspection and the Provincial Supervision Commission. Mr. Liu Yaming has been engaged in discipline inspection and supervision for nearly 30 years, and has participated in many major cases of violations of discipline and law. Due to his outstanding work achievements, he was awarded two second-class merits and one third-class meritorious service. As a well-known expert in discipline inspection in China, Mr. Liu Yaming is good at the field of clean government construction and anti-corruption, discipline inspection practice, has been employed by the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection and Guangxi, Guizhou and other places of discipline inspection committee expert group members, in recent years invited to many central enterprises, state-owned enterprises, universities and other units to give lectures, is one of the most influential discipline inspection and supervision experts in the country.
