中国科协航空科学传播首席专家，中国航空学会名誉副理事长
个人履历：
张聚恩：1947年生，自然科学研究员、航空科技专家，中国航空学会名誉副理事长、中国科协航空科学传播首席专家，中国航空工业集团公司科学技术委员会顾问，中国航空学会常务理事、《航空知识》编委会副主任。曾任中国航空系统工程研究所总师、中航工业集团公司科技部长、中国航空研究院常务副院长、中国航空学会秘书长等职。1969年毕业于北京航空航天大学，先后参加我国多型航空武器研制生产，参与组织多轮航空科技发展战略研究与规划制定及多项目实施。长期从事航空科技发展研究与管理工作，参加我国多型航空武器装备研制，参与领导和组织歼20等重大工程的预先研究等。主编或个人著述《新航空概论》《大国航空》《空天工程通识》《2049年中国航空科技与未来航空》《中国科技之路航空卷：蓝天逐梦》等；开办微信公众号“聚恩君”，已创作发表615篇文章，宣传航空事业，普及科技知识，弘扬奋进精神。近年来，持续跟踪世界航空科技发展，致力于推动通用航空事业的发展，在向中央建言献策、宣传普及通航知识、规划通航产业发展方面，做出了积极贡献，并多次参与战略和专项咨询，参加多种形式的航空科普活动。
Zhang Juen, born in 1947, is a natural science researcher, an expert in aviation science and technology, an honorary vice president of the Chinese Society of Aeronautics and Astronautics, a chief expert in aeronautical science communication of the China Association for Science and Technology, an advisor to the Science and Technology Committee of the Aviation Industry Corporation of China, an executive director of the Chinese Society of Aeronautics and Astronautics, and a deputy director of the editorial board of "Aeronautical Knowledge". He used to be the chief engineer of China Institute of Aeronautical Systems Engineering, the director of science and technology of AVIC, the executive vice president of China Academy of Aeronautics, and the secretary-general of the Chinese Society of Aeronautics and Astronautics. He graduated from Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics in 1969, and has participated in the development and production of various types of aviation weapons in China, and participated in the organization of multiple rounds of aviation science and technology development strategy research and planning and multi-project implementation. He has been engaged in the research and management of aviation science and technology development for a long time, participated in the development of China's multi-type aviation weapons and equipment, and participated in the leadership and organization of the advance research of major projects such as the J-20. Editor-in-chief or personal author of "Introduction to New Aviation", "Great Power Aviation", "General Knowledge of Aerospace Engineering", "China Aviation Science and Technology and Future Aviation in 2049", "China's Science and Technology Road Aviation Volume: Blue Sky Chasing Dreams", etc.; The WeChat public account "Ju Enjun" has been launched and 615 articles have been created and published to promote the aviation industry, popularize scientific and technological knowledge, and carry forward the spirit of endeavor. In recent years, it has continued to track the development of the world's aviation science and technology, is committed to promoting the development of general aviation, and has made positive contributions to the central government's suggestions, publicity and popularization of general aviation knowledge, and planning the development of the general aviation industry.
