个人履历：
张晓文，管理学博士，研究员，国家发改委经济体制与管理研究所学术委员会秘书长，中国企业改革与发展研究会高级研究员。曾任国家发展和改革委经济体制与管理研究所企业研究室主任、研究员。长期从事国有企业改革、企业制度创新、企业战略管理等领域的研究。曾主持完成国务院振兴东北办委托课题“东北老工业基地体制机制创新研究”、“中直企业与当地经济协调发展研究”、国务院西部地区开发办委托课题“西部地区大型企业竞争力研究”、国家发改委委托课题“经济特区进一步发展的思路与对策研究”、国家经济体制改革委员会委托课题“现代企业制度试点企业跟踪研究”、国家发改委宏观经济研究院2010年重点课题“国有经济产业分布及调整的对策研究”、2012年重点课题“中美企业国际化经营比较研究”、2015年重点课题“国有资产交易流转监管体制研究”、国家发改委经济体制与管理研究所课题“改革开放30年我国国有资产运营改革与重组研究”、“十二五期间我国国有资本管理体制改革研究”、“中央企业战略性调整与并购重组研究”、“我国产权交易市场发展研究”；作为专题负责人完成国家自然科学基金“八五期间”重点资助项目《我国国有大型企业活力系统分析与实证研究》、“九五期间”重点资助项目《我国国有企业经营管理基本规律研究》、《我国大型企业（集团）竞争力理论与方法研究》等多项重点课题。曾主持完成《广西柳工集团公司发展战略研究》、《上海石化公司竞争力评价研究》、《中国移动集团公司供应链评价研究》、《茂名华粤集团公司发展战略与重组研究》等30余家大型企业管理咨询课题。出版《制度创新与竞争力》《企业经营管理基本规律与模式》《中国企业活力定量评价》等多部书籍；在《管理世界》《中国工业经济》《中国软科学》《企业管理》《中国经贸导刊》《企业管理评论》《经济研究参考》等期刊公开发表论文60余篇。
Zhang Xiaowen, Ph.D. in Management, researcher, Secretary-General of the Academic Committee of the Institute of Economic System and Management of the National Development and Reform Commission, and Senior Researcher of the China Enterprise Reform and Development Research Association. He used to be the director and researcher of the Enterprise Research Office of the Institute of Economic System and Management of the National Development and Reform Commission. He has long been engaged in research in the fields of state-owned enterprise reform, enterprise system innovation, and enterprise strategic management. He has presided over the completion of the project commissioned by the Office for the Revitalization of Northeast China of the State Council, "Research on the Innovation of the System and Mechanism of the Old Industrial Base in Northeast China", "Research on the Coordinated Development of Enterprises Directly under the Central Government and the Local Economy", "Research on the Competitiveness of Large Enterprises in the Western Region" commissioned by the Western Development Office of the State Council, "Research on the Ideas and Countermeasures for the Further Development of Special Economic Zones" commissioned by the National Development and Reform Commission, "Tracking Research on Pilot Enterprises of Modern Enterprise System" commissioned by the National Economic System Reform Commission, and 2010 Key Project of the Macroeconomic Research Institute of the National Development and Reform Commission Research on the Countermeasures of the Distribution and Adjustment of State-owned Economy Industries", 2012 Key Topics "Comparative Research on the International Operation of Chinese and American Enterprises", 2015 Key Topics "Research on the Supervision System of State-owned Assets Transaction and Circulation", "Research on the Reform and Reorganization of China's State-owned Assets Operation in the 30 Years of Reform and Opening-up", "Research on the Reform and Reform of China's State-owned Capital Management System during the Twelfth Five-Year Plan Period", "Research on the Strategic Adjustment and M&A and Reorganization of Central Enterprises", "Research on the Development of China's Property Rights Trading Market"; As the project leader, he has completed a number of key projects such as "Systematic Analysis and Empirical Research on the Vitality of China's Large State-owned Enterprises" funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China during the "Eighth Five-Year Plan Period", "Research on the Basic Laws of Operation and Management of China's State-owned Enterprises" and "Research on the Theory and Method of Competitiveness of China's Large Enterprises (Groups)" during the "Ninth Five-Year Plan Period". He has presided over and completed more than 30 management consulting projects of large enterprises, such as "Research on Development Strategy of Guangxi Liugong Group Company", "Research on Competitiveness uation of Shanghai Petrochemical Company", "Research on Supply Chain uation of China Mobile Group Corporation", "Research on Development Strategy and Restructuring of Maoming Huayue Group Company". He has published many books such as "Institutional Innovation and Competitiveness", "Basic Laws and Models of Enterprise Management", "Quantitative uation of Chinese Enterprise Vitality", etc.; He has published more than 60 papers in journals such as Management World, China Industrial Economics, China Soft Science, Enterprise Management, China Economic and Trade Guide, Enterprise Management Review, and Economic Research Reference.

2021年9月24日，2021中国500强企业高峰论坛平行论坛“城投转型助力城市高质量发展”举行，国家发改委经济体制与管理研究所学术委员会秘书长、高级研究员张晓文出席并发表“发展先进制造业是一个国家高质量发展的必经之路”的主题演讲；
2019年12月16日，“2019中国企业改革发展峰会暨成果发布会”在北京举行，国家发改委经济体制与管理研究所学术委员会秘书长张晓文出席并发表“国企改革研究要以问题为导向，满足实践要求”的主题演讲。
