个人履历：
周放生，1949年12月生，四川成都人，国务院国有资产监督管理委员会企业改革局原副局长，中国企业改革与发展研究会原副会长，中国制造隐形冠军评选评委，清华大学中国现代国有企业研究院学术委员会委员，中共党员，湖南大学毕业。1968年2月起就职于陕西汽车制造厂；1986年进入中国重型汽车集团公司工作；1990年起在国家国有资产管理局工作，先后担任企业集团处副处长、处长，国有资产管理研究所副所长；1998年任国家经贸委国有企业脱困办公室副主任；2001年任财政部财政科学研究所国有资产管理研究室主任；2003年调国务院国有资产监督管理委员会企业改革局助理巡视员，后升任副局长。长期在国有企业工作，经历过生产、技术、管理、研究等岗位。参与了国企改革多项政策的制定与实施。近年来致力于研究隐形冠军现象，从理论高度和实践成效两个方面对打造我国企业竞争力提供了很好的价值参照体系。在《上海国资》《新理财》《上海国资》《现代国企研究》《中国流通经济》《国有资产管理》等期刊上发表文章及论文200余篇。曾兼任中国五矿、中国外运、中国建材等公司外部董事。
Zhou Fangsheng, born in December 1949, a native of Chengdu, Sichuan, is the former deputy director of the Enterprise Reform Bureau of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, the former vice president of the China Enterprise Reform and Development Research Association, the judge of the Made in China Invisible Champion Selection, a member of the Academic Committee of the China Modern State-owned Enterprise Research Institute of Tsinghua University, a member of the Communist Party of China, and a graduate of Hunan University. Since February 1968, he has been working in Shaanxi Automobile Factory; In 1986, he joined China National Heavy Duty Truck Group Corporation; Since 1990, he has worked in the State Administration of State-owned Assets, successively serving as the deputy director and director of the Enterprise Group Division, and the deputy director of the State-owned Assets Management Research Institute. In 1998, he was appointed Deputy Director of the Office for Relief from State-Owned Enterprises of the State Economic and Trade Commission. In 2001, he was appointed as the Director of the State-owned Assets Management Research Office of the Institute of Fiscal Sciences of the Ministry of Finance. In 2003, he was transferred to the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council as an assistant inspector of the Enterprise Reform Bureau, and was later promoted to deputy director. He has worked in state-owned enterprises for a long time and has experienced positions in production, technology, management, research and so on. Participated in the formulation and implementation of a number of policies for the reform of state-owned enterprises. In recent years, he has been committed to the study of the phenomenon of hidden champions, which provides a good value reference system for building the competitiveness of Chinese enterprises from two aspects: theoretical height and practical effect. He has also served as an outside director of China Minmetals, Sinotrans and China National Building Materials.
