个人履历：
易小准，1951年12月生，湖南长沙市人，高级经济师，国际金融论坛（IFF）副主席，世界贸易组织（WTO）前副总干事，北京大学经济学学士、南开大学经济学硕士。曾任中国商务部副部长，中华人民共和国驻世界贸易组织代表、特命全权大使，常驻联合国日内瓦办事处和瑞士其他国际组织副代表。1977年01月至1984年04月，在北京市经济研究所工作；1984年04月至1987年11月，在经贸部国际联络局工作；1987年11月至1992年08月，驻美国使馆商务处三秘、二秘；1992年08月至2013年11月，在经贸部、商务部工作，历任：经贸部、外经贸部国际经贸关系司二处副处长、处长，任外经贸部国际经贸关系司副司长，商务部党组成员、部长助理，商务部党组成员、副部长，中华人民共和国常驻世界贸易组织代表、特命全权大使，常驻联合国日内瓦办事处和瑞士其他国际组织副代表；2013年08月至2021年03月，任世贸组织副总干事，成为首位来自中国的世贸组织副总干事。为中国加入WTO做出了多方面的贡献。发表《俄乌冲突对国际经贸格局的影响》《服务贸易成为全球经济新引擎》《世界对中国有期待》等多篇论文；已出版《十年之路——纪念中国加入世界贸易组织十周年文集》等著作。
Yi Xiaozhun, born in December 1951 in Changsha, Hunan Province, is a senior economist, vice chairman of the International Financial Forum (IFF), former deputy director-general of the World Trade Organization (WTO), bachelor's degree in economics from Peking University and master's degree in economics from Nankai University. He served as Vice Minister of Commerce of the People's Republic of China, Representative and Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the People's Republic of China to the World Trade Organization, and Deputy Permanent Representative to the United Nations Office at Geneva and other international organizations in Switzerland. From January 1977 to April 1984, he worked in Beijing Institute of Economics. From April 1984 to November 1987, he worked in the International Liaison Bureau of the Ministry of Economic and Trade Department. From November 1987 to August 1992, he served as the third secretary and the second secretary of the Commercial Office of the Chinese Embassy in United States; From August 1992 to November 2013, he worked in the Ministry of Economic and Trade and the Ministry of Commerce, successively serving as: Deputy Director and Director of the Second Division of the Department of International Economic and Trade Relations of the Ministry of Economic and Trade and the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation, Deputy Director General of the Department of International Economic and Trade Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation, Member of the Party Leadership Group and Assistant Minister of the Ministry of Commerce, Member of the Party Leadership Group and Vice Minister of the Ministry of Commerce, Permanent Representative and Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the People's Republic of China to the World Trade Organization, Deputy Permanent Representative to the United Nations Office at Geneva and other international organizations in Switzerland; From August 2013 to March 2021, he served as Deputy Director-General of the WTO, becoming the first Deputy Director-General of the WTO from China. It has made many contributions to China's accession to the WTO. He has published many papers such as "The Impact of the Russia-Ukraine Conflict on the International Economic and Trade Pattern", "Trade in Services as a New Engine of the Global Economy", "The World Has Expectations for China", etc.; He has published books such as "Ten Years of Road: A Collection of Essays to Commemorate the 10th Anniversary of China's Accession to the World Trade Organization".
