中国可再生能源学会风能专委会产研部主任，长期从事风能等可再生能源政策、市场分析研究，主持和参与了多项国家级重点研究咨询项目，包括中国海上风电和大型风电基地发展战略研究、风电产业对外投资国别调研、促进低碳发展的可再生能源政策及路径设计、中国风电光伏产业经济社会贡献量化研究、可再生能源法实施效果评估、清洁能源部长会议机制下中国清洁能源研发投入翻倍计划研究以及国家发改委、国家能源局、中国工程院等部门和机构的多项清洁能源重点研究项目。

Director of the Production and Research Department of the Wind Energy Special Committee of the Chinese Renewable Energy Society, he has been engaged in wind energy and other renewable energy policy and market analysis research for a long time, and has presided over and participated in a number of national key research and consulting projects, including the development strategy research of China's offshore wind power and large-scale wind power bases, the country research on foreign investment in the wind power industry, the design of renewable energy policies and paths to promote low-carbon development, the quantitative research on the economic and social contribution of China's wind power and photovoltaic industry, and the uation of the implementation effect of the Renewable Energy Law. Research on China's plan to double investment in clean energy R&D under the mechanism of the Clean Energy Ministerial Council, as well as a number of key clean energy research projects of the National Development and Reform Commission, the National Energy Administration, the Chinese Academy of Engineering and other departments and institutions.
