个人履历：
陈晋蓉：女，1959年出生，财务管理与资本运营专家，中国会计师，工商管理硕士，清华大学副教授（财经类），多家上市公司独立董事，并担任多家大中型企业的高级顾问，有“中国为总裁讲清财务第一人”的美誉。兼任：北京信息工程学院客座教授，北京联合大学教授；MOTOROLA大学教授，首纲大学客座教授，双鹤学院兼职教授。1998年7月至2004年4月，任信息产业部中国电子信息产业研究院财务处副处长；2004年4月至 2006年4月，任清华大学经济管理学院高级管理培训中心教学总监；2004年至今，任清华大学经济管理学院副教授。参加美国哈佛商学院与清华大学联合举办《全球时代的重组》，参加美国亚利桑那州立大学在摩托罗拉大学举办的MBA课程《企业战略》等课程学习。陈晋蓉教授专注于公司财务管理、上市公司财务报告分析、企业资本运营、企业组织与风险控制、企业全面预算管理等领域的研究、教学与咨询。在清华大学经济管理学院、北京大学、复旦大学和北京师范大学等MBA、EMBA教授《财务报告分析》《高级理财学》《公司治理与资本运营》《全面预算管理》等课程深受企业家喜爱。已发表著作、论文近20余部（篇）。在课题研究方面，作为主要承担者已完成或正在研究的各类课题近20项，特别在企业改制上市、企业融资、资本运营、企业全面预算管理、企业内控等方面有深入的理论研究和见解，并积累了丰富的实务经验。为中国证监会独立董事培训项目和国资委监事会培训项目参与教授，曾获得“北京市优秀中青年骨干教师和“北京市经委优秀教师”等称号。
Chen Jinrong: female, born in 1959, expert in financial management and capital operation, Chinese accountant, master of business administration, associate professor of Tsinghua University (finance and economics), independent director of a number of listed companies, and served as a senior consultant of a number of large and medium-sized enterprises. Adjunct: Visiting Professor of Beijing Institute of Information Technology, Professor of Beijing Union University; Professor at Motorola University, Visiting Professor at Shougang University, Adjunct Professor at Shuanghe College. From July 1998 to April 2004, he served as the deputy director of the Finance Division of China Electronics Information Industry Research Institute of the Ministry of Information Industry; From April 2004 to April 2006, he served as the teaching director of the Advanced Management Training Center of the School of Economics and Management, Tsinghua University. Since 2004, he has been an associate professor at the School of Economics and Management, Tsinghua University. He participated in the "Restructuring of the Global Era" jointly organized by Harvard Business School and Tsinghua University, and participated in the MBA course "Corporate Strategy" held by Arizona State University at Motorola University. Professor Chen Jinrong focuses on research, teaching and consulting in the fields of corporate financial management, financial report analysis of listed companies, corporate capital operation, enterprise organization and risk control, and corporate overall budget management. He has taught MBA and EMBA courses such as "Financial Report Analysis", "Advanced Financial Management", "Corporate Governance and Capital Operation" and "Comprehensive Budget Management" at the School of Economics and Management of Tsinghua University, Peking University, Fudan University and Beijing Normal University, which are deeply loved by entrepreneurs. He has published more than 20 books and papers. In terms of subject research, as the main undertaker, he has completed or is studying nearly 20 various topics, especially in the aspects of enterprise restructuring and listing, corporate financing, capital operation, enterprise overall budget management, enterprise internal control, etc., and has accumulated rich practical experience. He has been a participating professor in the training program for independent directors of the China Securities Regulatory Commission and the training program of the board of supervisors of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, and has won the titles of "Outstanding Young and Middle-aged Backbone Teacher of Beijing Municipality" and "Outstanding Teacher of Beijing Economic Commission".
