个人履历:
陈明哲:动态竞争理论创始人,美国马里兰大学博士,美国维吉尼亚大学达顿商学院讲座教授,清华经管学院杰出访问讲席教授,复旦大学管理学院国际顾问委员会委员暨杰出荣誉特聘教授,国际管理学会(Academy of Management)暨战略管理协会(Strategic Management Society)终身院士,全球著名的企业战略专家。1976年自国立台北大学(前身为国立中兴大学法商学院)企业管理学系毕业,1988年在美国马里兰大学取得企管博士学位。曾先后任教于哥伦比亚大学商学院与宾夕法尼亚大学华顿商学院,其教学、研究与咨询范围横越欧、美、亚三洲。所讲授的企业战略、动态竞争,以及中西企业战略思维比较等课程,均深受好评。研究方面著作甚丰,是第一位三度荣膺国际战略管理学会最佳论文奖和顶级学术期刊《管理评论》最佳论文奖的学者,后来也担任《管理评论》的副总编辑。陈明哲教授也是全球华人企业战略研究的先锋。曾为多家著名的跨国企业包括:美国联合技术、默克制药、联邦快递、杜邦、美国铝业、都福、友邦保险、铁姆肯、摩根斯坦利、慕尼黑再保险、比欧西气体,以及劳斯莱斯公司及杜克企业教育全球学习资源网络,提供战略咨询与高阶经理人培训。曾应邀参加2000年在北京由世界经济论坛主办的中国企业高峰会,2004年在纽约举行的美国—中国企业执行长高峰论坛与在德国汉堡举行的中国—欧洲企业高峰会,2006年与2007年分别在阿根廷布宜诺斯艾利斯、巴西圣保罗和意大利米兰由HSM主办的世界商业论坛,2007年在北京举行的中国CEO论坛,以及2010年在上海举行的复旦管理学国际论坛等国际高峰会,并担任主讲人。2009年受邀培训中国国务院国有资产监督管理委员会的重要骨干企业领导人员。先后受邀担任英国帝国理工学院、香港中文大学、台湾大学、政治大学、复旦大学、中山大学、北京大学及清华大学等多所学校的客座讲习教授、咨询顾问。曾经投身大儒之门,修习四书五经、先秦诸子等中国古典著作,深得中华文化的精髓,并以此为底蕴应用于管理学术与实务。
