个人履历：
杨志刚：港口与国际航运专家，上海海事大学交通运输学院国航系教授、硕士研究生导师，上海市政协十三届政协委员。 主要研究领域为远洋运输业务、集装箱运输管理、国际多式联运、集装箱码头业务管理。 长期从事国际集装箱多式联运、国际航运实务与法规、国际货运代理实务与法规、国际物流实务与法规、国际集装箱码头实务与法规等课程的教学和研究工作。杨志刚教授讲授课程的主要特点是从实例讲解，主要讲授业务运作风险防范、业务运作协调，业务运作法规应用，通过大量案例讲解使培训人员既对业务内容有更深层面了解，又对业务运作过程中的要点有所掌握，深受业内人士所认可。完成起草中华人民共和国集装箱标准，起草中华人民共和国海上集装箱运输管理规则，起草中华人民共和国国际集装箱多式联运管理规则等科研任务。在担任院校教学同时，多年来一直担任马士基船公司、地中海航运、中海集装箱运输公司、中远集装箱运输公司、中远太平洋集装箱码头公司、宁波集装箱码头、青岛港集装箱码头、中国港口协会等企业的培训，同时现任多家公司的业务、法律顾问。并担任海事法院海事、海商审判专家工作。
Yang Zhigang: Professor and master's supervisor of the Department of National Aviation, School of Transportation and Transportation, Shanghai Maritime University, and member of the 13th CPPCC Shanghai CPPCC. His main research areas are ocean shipping business, container transportation management, international multimodal transportation, and container terminal business management. He has long been engaged in the teaching and research of courses such as international container multimodal transport, international shipping practices and regulations, international freight forwarding practices and regulations, international logistics practices and regulations, and international container terminal practices and regulations. The main feature of the course taught by Professor Yang Zhigang is to explain from examples, mainly to teach business operation risk prevention, business operation coordination, and application of business operation regulations, through a large number of case explanations, so that the trainers not only have a deeper understanding of the business content, but also have a grasp of the key points in the process of business operation, which is well recognized by the industry. Completed the drafting of the container standards of the People's Republic of China, the drafting of the rules of the People's Republic of China for the management of maritime container transportation, and the drafting of the rules of the People's Republic of China for the management of international container multimodal transport. While teaching in colleges and universities, he has been serving as a training officer for Maersk Shipping Company, Mediterranean Shipping, China Shipping Container Shipping Company, COSCO Container Shipping Company, COSCO Pacific Container Terminal Company, Ningbo Container Terminal, Qingdao Port Container Terminal, China Port Association and other enterprises for many years, and is currently the business and legal counsel of many companies. He also served as an expert in maritime and maritime trials in maritime courts.
