个人履历：
陈默，女，著名青少年教育专家，华东师范大学特聘资深心理咨询师，上海市心理协会基础教育专业委员会秘书长，《中国儿童报》《少年科技报》《新闻晚报》《新德育》等报刊专栏作者。华师大教育心理硕士课程进修，自1996期开始从事心理健康教学与咨询工作，擅长处理学习困难、亲子关系、社交障碍、个人成长、人格障碍、多动自闭及各类神经症。接触过从幼儿、小学、中学、大学、职场青年大量疑难心理个案。在临床上用三维诊断法，“五行”管理综合干预法诊断矫治原发性学习困难。深入家庭内部以平衡家庭结构，改善夫妻关系，调适学生人格矫治继发性学习困难，为儿童、青少年、职场人士各类心理问题提供帮助支持。 常在大、中、小学，机关，企业开设各类心理讲座，以及职业认证机构担任心理课授课教师。在《大众心理学》《中小学心理健康教育》《思想 理论 教育》等杂志上发表研究论文20多篇；出版《家有幼儿——给烦恼父母的十二堂课》《家有小学生——给烦恼父母的实用秘籍》《家有中学生——给青春期孩子父母的实用秘籍》《孩子，你怎么了——儿童、青少年心理问题解答》《班主任学生管理训练手册》等多部著作。30多年以来，已成功为10000+家庭解决了各类亲子关系、孩子学习等问题。
Chen Mo, female, is a well-known expert in adolescent education, a distinguished senior psychological counselor of East China Normal University, the secretary-general of the Basic Education Professional Committee of the Shanghai Psychological Association, and a columnist for China Children's Daily, Juvenile Science and Technology News, News Evening News, New Moral Education and other newspapers and periodicals. Since 1996, he has been engaged in mental health teaching and counseling, and is good at dealing with learning difficulties, parent-child relationships, social disorders, personal growth, personality disorders, hyperactivity and autism. I have been exposed to a large number of difficult psychological cases from young children, primary schools, middle schools, universities, and working youth. In clinical practice, the three-dimensional diagnosis method and the "five elements" management comprehensive intervention method are used to diagnose and correct primary learning difficulties. Go deep into the family to balance the family structure, improve the relationship between husband and wife, adjust the personality of students, correct secondary learning difficulties, and provide help and support for children, adolescents, and professionals with various psychological problems. He often teaches various psychological lectures in universities, middle schools, primary and secondary schools, institutions, and enterprises, as well as professional certification institutions. He has published more than 20 research papers in journals such as "Popular Psychology", "Mental Health Education in Primary and Secondary Schools", and "Ideological Theory Education". He has published many books, such as "Families with Young Children - Twelve Lessons for Troubled Parents", "Elementary School Students at Home - Practical Secrets for Troubled Parents", "Families with Middle School Students - Practical Secrets for Parents of Adolescent Children", "Children, What's Wrong with You - Answers to Psychological Problems of Children and Adolescents", "Class Teacher Student Management Training Manual" and many other works. For more than 30 years, it has successfully solved various parent-child relationships and children's learning problems for 10,000+ families.
