个人履历：
杨洪江，少将军衔，南京陆军指挥学院二级教授、博士生导师、博士后流动站合作导师，陆军党的创新理论学习研究中心特约研究员，解放军学习贯彻党的十九大精神宣讲团成员。曾担任南京陆军指挥学院军队政工系系主任、南京陆军指挥学院训练部副部长。2017年7月31日晋升专业技术少将军衔。长期从事军队政治工作的研究与教学，在《军队政工理论研究》《当代世界与社会主义》《军事经济研究》《南京政治学院学报》等重要期刊上发表论文超过50余篇。
Yang Hongjiang, with the rank of major general, is a second-level professor, doctoral supervisor, and cooperative tutor of the postdoctoral mobile station of the Nanjing Army Command College, a special researcher of the Army's Party Innovation Theory Study and Research Center, and a member of the PLA Propaganda Group for studying and implementing the spirit of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China. He served as the director of the Department of Military Political Work of the Nanjing Army Command College and the deputy director of the Training Department of the Nanjing Army Command College. On July 31, 2017, he was promoted to the rank of Major General of Professional Technology. He has been engaged in the research and teaching of military political work for a long time, and has published more than 50 papers in important journals such as "Research on the Theory of Military Political Work", "Contemporary World and Socialism", "Military Economic Research", and "Journal of Nanjing University of Political Science".
