个人履历：
杨宇军，1970年生，北京人，中国传媒大学媒介与公共事务研究院院长、高级研究员，中国传媒大学全球传播治理研究中心主任，中国传媒大学培训学院资深实践教授。兼任北京大学国家战略传播研究院顾问委员会成员、中国人民解放军国防科技大学国际关系学院兼职教授、杭州师范大学外国语学院“马云基金”特聘教授、中国高等教育学会国防教育委员会名师名家讲师团首席专家等职。曾获外交学院外交英语专业学士学位和英国伦敦玛丽皇后学院公共政策专业硕士学位，并在清华大学、国家行政学院、中国人民解放军国防科技大学、中国人民解放军石家庄陆军指挥学院、英国皇家军事科学院、英国威斯敏斯特大学等院校接受短期培训或访学。1993年，外交学院毕业后入伍进入国防部外事办公室，历任国防部外事办公室亚洲局参谋、南亚处处长，综合局组织计划处处长、政策研究室主任，国防部新闻事务局副局长、局长，国防部新闻局局长等职，2010年4月至2017年8月任国防部新闻发言人。2014年晋升为大校军衔。2018年3月起，任职中国传媒大学，担任媒介与公共事务研究院院长、高级研究员。长期从事军事外交、国际军事合作和军队信息发布工作，参与国防部信息发布机构的创建，多次主持国防部例行记者会和专题新闻发布会。曾参与全国两会、抗击新冠肺炎疫情、2022北京冬奥会等重大活动新闻发布工作。杨宇军除了完成校内的教学任务外，还经常受邀为政府、院校、企业等机构提供媒介素养、公共关系、危机管理等方面的培训、咨询工作。
Yang Yujun, born in Beijing in 1970, is the dean and senior researcher of the Institute of Media and Public Affairs of Communication University of China, the director of the Research Center for Global Communication Governance of Communication University of China, and the senior practice professor of the School of Training of Communication University of China. He is also a member of the Advisory Committee of the National Institute of Strategic Communication of Peking University, an adjunct professor of the School of International Relations of the National University of Defense Technology of the People's Liberation Army of Chinese, a distinguished professor of the "Jack Ma Foundation" of the School of Foreign Chinese of Hangzhou Normal University, and the chief expert of the National Defense Education Committee of the Chinese Association of Higher Education. He received a bachelor's degree in diplomatic English from the China Foreign Affairs University and a master's degree in public policy from Queen Mary College of London in United Kingdom, and received short-term training or visiting studies at Tsinghua University, the National Academy of Administration, the National University of Defense Technology of the People's Liberation Army of Chinese China, the Shijiazhuang Army Command College of the People's Liberation Army of Chinese, the Royal Academy of Military Sciences of United Kingdom, and the University of Westminster in United Kingdom. After graduating from the Foreign Affairs University in 1993, he joined the Foreign Affairs Office of the Ministry of National Defense, and successively served as a staff officer of the Asian Bureau and the director of the South Asia Division of the Foreign Affairs Office of the Ministry of National Defense, the director of the Organization and Planning Division and the Director of the Policy Research Office of the General Bureau, the deputy director and director of the Information Affairs Bureau of the Ministry of National Defense, and the director of the Information Bureau of the Ministry of National Defense, and served as the spokesperson of the Ministry of National Defense from April 2010 to August 2017. In 2014, he was promoted to the rank of colonel. Since March 2018, he has been working at Communication University of China as the dean and senior researcher of the Institute of Media and Public Affairs. He has long been engaged in military diplomacy, international military cooperation and military information dissemination, participated in the establishment of the Ministry of National Defense's information dissemination agency, and presided over many regular press conferences and special press conferences of the Ministry of National Defense. He has participated in the press release of major events such as the National People's Congress and the National People's Congress, the fight against the new crown pneumonia epidemic, and the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics. In addition to completing the teaching tasks on campus, Yang Yujun is often invited to provide training and consulting work on media literacy, public relations, crisis management and other aspects for governments, universities, enterprises and other institutions.
