个人履历：
孟祥青，少将军衔，国防大学三级教授、博士生导师，享受国务院“政府特殊津贴”专家，国防大学战略研究所原所长，第十四届全国政协委员，中央党校、中国延安干部学院、井冈山干部学院等多所院校特聘教授，“人民政协讲坛教授”，全军首批外宣专家，中央电视台特约评论员，中央人民广播电台特约观察员，CCTV讲武堂主讲人，中组部全国干部教育培训专家，清华大学、中国人民大学、解放军南京理工大学、全国政协干部培训中心特聘教授。1961年出生，1983年毕业于中国人民大学国际政治系，1983年入伍，曾任中国人民解放军国防大学战略研究所副所长、中国人民解放军国防大学战略研究所所长等职务。主要从事国际战略和国家安全战略问题研究。近年来在《当代世界》《世界知识》《国际问题研究》《环球时报》《光明日报》等报刊上发表论文100多篇；出版著作20多部，其中代表著作有《冷眼向洋看世界》《释韬举略：孟祥青教授论安全》《孟祥青讲稿自选集》《当代世界经济与政治》《战略机遇期的中国安全》等。获得第六届军队杰出专业技术人才奖、军队院校育才奖银奖。国防大学首届“杰出中青年专家”，连续四届国家安全战略“学科学术带头人”。2013年1月入选中组部全国干部教育培训专家师资库。
Meng Xiangqing, with the rank of major general, is a third-level professor and doctoral supervisor of the National Defense University, the former director of the Institute of Strategic Studies of the National Defense University, an expert enjoying the "special government allowance" of the State Council, a member of the 14th National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, a distinguished professor of the Central Party School, China's Yan'an Cadre College, Jinggangshan Cadre College and other colleges and universities, a "professor of the CPPCC forum", the first batch of foreign propaganda experts of the whole army, a special commentator of CCTV, a special observer of the Central People's Radio, a keynote speaker of CCTV Lecture Hall, and a national cadre education and training expert of the Organization Department of the CPC Central Committee. Distinguished Professor of Tsinghua University, Chinese National University, Nanjing University of Science and Technology of the People's Liberation Army, and Cadre Training Center of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference. Born in 1961, he graduated from the Department of International Politics of the Chinese University in 1983, joined the army in 1983, and served as the deputy director of the Institute of Strategic Studies of the National Defense University of the Chinese People's Liberation Army and the director of the Strategic Research Institute of the National Defense University of the Chinese People's Liberation Army. He is mainly engaged in the research of international strategy and national security strategy. In recent years, he has published more than 100 papers in newspapers and periodicals such as "Contemporary World", "World Knowledge", "International Studies", "Global Times", "Guangming Daily", etc. He has published more than 20 books, including "Looking at the World with a Cold Eye", "Interpretation of Tao Strategy: Professor Meng Xiangqing on Security", "Selected Speeches by Meng Xiangqing", "Contemporary World Economy and Politics", "China's Security in the Period of Strategic Opportunity", etc. He won the 6th Military Outstanding Professional and Technical Talent Award and the Silver Award of the Military Academy Education Award. He was the first "Outstanding Young and Middle-aged Expert" of the National Defense University, and the "Academic Leader of Disciplines" of the National Security Strategy for four consecutive years. In January 2013, he was selected into the National Cadre Education and Training Expert Teacher Pool of the Organization Department of the CPC Central Committee.
