个人履历：
肖裕声，少将，军事科学院研究员、博士生导师，军事科学院世界军事研究部原副部长，毛新宇少将的博士生导师，国家重大革命历史题材创作领导小组成员、全军史料丛书审查小组成员、全军编委会首席军史专家。1950年生，贵阳人，1968年在贵阳塑料二厂当工人。1969年应征入伍到昆明军区7578师某团某连，1971年入党提干。1974-1978年在南京大学中文系就读。毕业后在政治学院政治机关和军队政治工作教研室工作。1983年担任首长秘书。2001年起任军事科学院军事历史研究部副部长、世界军事研究部副部长。2003年被中央军委授予少将军衔。长期从事军队、军事、战争、战略方面的研究与教学工作。除了本院的研究工作以外，还经常地给中央党校、国防大学、中央部委讲大课，并且更加频繁地到各地参加调研，为高层领导建言献策。 1977年以来，发表和出版有较多的论及军事、政治、军战史的文章与著作。专著主要有《中国共产党军事史论》、《中国共产党军队政治工作史》、《毛泽东政治工作思想概述》等。主编《中国大百科全书（第二版）·中国人民解放军军史》、《中国军事百科全书（第二版）·世界战争史》等著作。2013年5月，作为毛新宇的博士生导师的肖裕声部长，受网络媒体邀请与资深媒体人、策划人、导演金朝晖共同策划创办一档凤凰军事评论类节目《兵论天下》，一经推出倍受社会各界高度关注得到广泛好评。

In May 2013, Minister Xiao Yusheng, as Mao Xinyu's doctoral supervisor, was invited by the network media to co-plan and create a Phoenix military commentary program "Soldiers on the World" with senior media person, planner and director Jin Zhaohui, which was highly concerned by all walks of life and widely praised once it was launched.
