个人履历：
曾华锋，国防科技大学教授，博士生导师，大校军衔，原国防科技大学人文与社会科学学院院长。马克思主义理论和军事技术哲学领域专家，国家“万人计划”哲学社会科学领军人才，中宣部文化名家暨“四个一批”人才，国家社科基金重大项目首席专家，首届“湖南省优秀科技工作者”荣誉称号、军队院校育才奖金奖、“全国优秀社会科学普及专家”称号获得者。湖南省社会科学联合会兼职副主席，国家社科基金学科评审组专家，教育部高等学校马克思主义理论类教学指导委员会委员。发表学术论文50余篇。著有《制脑权：全球媒体时代的战争法则与国家安全战略》《科技兴军的逻辑》《国防科技发展战略论》等10余部作品。
Zeng Huafeng, professor of National University of Defense Technology, doctoral supervisor, military rank of colonel, former dean of the College of Humanities and Social Sciences of National University of Defense Technology. He is an expert in the field of Marxist theory and military technology and philosophy, a leading talent in philosophy and social sciences of the national "Ten Thousand Talents Program", a cultural master of the Central Propaganda Department and a talent of "four batches", a chief expert of major projects of the National Social Science Fund, and the winner of the honorary title of the first "Outstanding Scientific and Technological Worker of Hunan Province", the gold medal of military academies and universities, and the title of "National Outstanding Social Science Popularization Expert". He is a part-time vice chairman of the Hunan Provincial Federation of Social Sciences, an expert of the Discipline uation Group of the National Social Science Fund, and a member of the Steering Committee for the Teaching of Marxist Theory in Colleges and Universities of the Ministry of Education. He has published more than 50 academic papers. He is the author of more than 10 works, including "The Right to Control the Brain: The Law of War and National Security Strategy in the Global Media Era", "The Logic of Rejuvenating the Army through Science and Technology", and "Strategic Theory on the Development of National Defense Science and Technology".
