个人履历：
李明海，大校军衔，国防大学教授，国防大学国家安全学院战争与危机应对中心副主任、国防大学网络空间安全研究中心副主任，全军网络舆情专家和军事需求专家组成员，深圳市无人机行业协会高级顾问，国家网络安全协会会员，长征干部学院客座教授，军事科学院军事学博士学位。曾任某研究所副所长、某训练中心副主任。参加过"98长江抗洪"，"99建国50周年大阅兵"。多次参与军委重大军事演训活动，5次荣立三等功。主要研究智能化战争、网电空间作战领域。参与完成国家和军队50余项课题攻关，获国家和军队优秀科研成果一等奖2项、全军科技进步二等奖1项，军队优秀科研成果奖10多项，多份报告获军委首长批示，在《人民日报》《解放军报》《中国青年报》《参考消息》《环球时报》《军事学术》《新华社内参》等期刊发表学术论文100余篇。曾在《中央电视台》《深圳卫视》《凤凰卫视》讲授《美军信息战》《网络空间作战样式》，引起社会广泛好评。
Li Minghai, with the rank of colonel, is a professor at the National Defense University, deputy director of the War and Crisis Response Center of the National Security College of the National Defense University, deputy director of the Cyberspace Security Research Center of the National Defense University, an expert on network public opinion and a member of the expert group on military needs, a senior consultant of the Shenzhen UAV Industry Association, a member of the National Cyber Security Association, a visiting professor at the Long March Cadre College, and a doctorate in military science from the Academy of Military Sciences. He used to be the deputy director of a research institute and the deputy director of a training center. He participated in the "98 Yangtze River Flood Fighting" and "99 Military Parade for the 50th Anniversary of the Founding of the People's Republic of China". He has participated in many major military exercises and training activities of the Central Military Commission, and has been awarded third-class meritorious service five times. His research interests include intelligent warfare and cyberspace operations. He has participated in the completion of more than 50 national and military research projects, won 2 first prizes for outstanding scientific research achievements of the state and the army, 1 second prize for scientific and technological progress of the whole army, more than 10 awards for outstanding scientific research achievements of the army, and many reports have been approved by the head of the Central Military Commission, and more than 100 academic papers have been published in journals such as "People's Daily", "People's Liberation Army Daily", "China Youth Daily", "Reference News", "Global Times", "Military Academic" and "Xinhua News Agency". He has lectured on "US Army Information Warfare" and "Cyberspace Combat Style" in "CCTV", "Shenzhen Satellite TV" and "Phoenix Satellite TV", which have been widely praised by the society.
