个人履历：
贤峰礼，国防大学国家安全学院教授，硕士生导师，海军大校军衔，军事学博士，国防大学国家安全学院教研室主任。主要从事国家安全战略和危机管理研究。近年来多次承担和参与国家和军队重大课题研究。主要著作有 ：《总体国家安全观》《国家安全危机决策》《中国危机管理实践与理论》《军队与非传统安全》等。
Feng Li is a professor at the National Security College of the National Defense University, a master's supervisor, a naval colonel, a doctor of military science, and the director of the teaching and research department of the National Security College of the National Defense University. He is mainly engaged in national security strategy and crisis management research. In recent years, he has undertaken and participated in the research of major national and military topics for many times. His main works include: "Overall National Security Concept", "National Security Crisis Decision-making", "Practice and Theory of Crisis Management in China", "Military and Non-traditional Security", etc.
