国防大学教授，大校，国防大学军事战略教研室原副主任
个人履历：
吕有生，1961年出生，国防大学教授，大校军衔，国防大学军事战略教研室原副主任，国防大学学科学术带头人，美国亚太安全研究中心客座研究员，英国牛津大学访问学者。1983年毕业于解放军洛阳外国语学院英语系，获学士学位；1997年毕业于解放军国防大学国际战略学专业，获硕士学位。曾荣立三等功，荣获军队育才奖，参加中美两国国防大学战略对话。长期从事国际战略、军事谋略问题研究以及国防教育工作，具有非常丰富的理论积累和实践经验。在国防大学主要讲授“新时期我国的国际安全环境与国防建设”“西点军校领导力”等课程；出版的著作有《世界军事形势》、《二十世纪特殊战争》、《称霸亚太——新世纪美国亚太战略大调整》及译著《军事力量对比》、《林肯的内心世界与情感生活》。在《世界经济与政治》《现代国际关系》《瞭望周刊》《解放军报》《国防教育》《中国日报》等报刊杂志上发表论文八十余篇。多次赴美国、日本和加拿大等国参加国际问题。
Lu Yousheng, born in 1961, is a professor at the National Defense University, with the rank of colonel, former deputy director of the Military Strategy Teaching and Research Department of the National Defense University, academic leader of the National Defense University, visiting researcher at the Asia-Pacific Security Research Center of the United States, and a visiting scholar at the University of Oxford United Kingdom. In 1983, he graduated from the English Department of Luoyang University of Foreign Chinese Affairs of the People's Liberation Army with a bachelor's degree. In 1997, he graduated from the National Defense University of the People's Liberation Army with a master's degree in international strategy. He was awarded a third-class meritorious service, won the Military Talent Training Award, and participated in the strategic dialogue between the National Defense University of China and the United States. He has been engaged in the study of international strategy and military strategy and national defense education for a long time, and has very rich theoretical accumulation and practical experience. At the National Defense University, he mainly teaches courses such as "China's International Security Environment and National Defense Construction in the New Era" and "Leadership of West Point". His published works include "World Military Situation," "Special Wars in the Twentieth Century," "Dominating the Asia-Pacific -- The Great United States Asia-Pacific Strategic Readjustment in the New Century," and translated "Comparison of Military Forces" and "Lincoln's Inner World and Emotional Life." He has published more than 80 papers in newspapers and magazines such as "World Economy and Politics", "Modern International Relations", "Outlook Weekly", "People's Liberation Army Daily", "National Defense Education", and "China Daily". He has participated in international issues in United States, Japan and Canada many times.
