个人履历：
欧阳维，1958年4月生，出生地北京，祖籍湖南长沙，国防大学战略教研部教授，大校，博士，博士生导师，学科学术带头人。兼任中国军事科学学会会员、中国国际友好联络会理事、中国国际战略学会高级研究员，田汉基金会副秘书长、欧阳予倩研究中心秘书长。欧阳维系中国著名剧作家、诗人、歌词作家田汉之孙及中国著名的戏曲艺术家、现代戏剧先驱欧阳予倩外孙，1976年入伍，曾任：坦克师战士、排长、师作训参谋、军装甲兵处参谋、团作训股长、坦克营长、师作训科长、军区作战部参谋，国防大学战略研究所研究员、科研部组织计划处处长、原外训系训练处处长、军事战略教研室教员、危机管理中心副主任、国防动员教研室主任。毕业于坦克学校、陆军指挥学院、国防大学、英国皇家防务研究学院。主要从事军事战略、国家安全、地区安全、危机管理、军事外交、边海防战略、国防动员等教学和研究工作。著有《战略部署论》，主编《国防动员学概论》等著作，发表过军事战略、大国关系、地区安全、文化研究等内容的文章和研究报告。学位论文被评为全军优秀博士论文，曾获军队院校育才奖银奖。
Ouyang Wei, born in April 1958, born in Beijing, ancestral home in Changsha, Hunan, is a professor of the Strategic Teaching and Research Department of the National Defense University, a colonel, a doctor, a doctoral supervisor, and an academic leader of the discipline. He is also a member of the Chinese Society of Military Sciences, a director of the China International Friendship Liaison Association, a senior researcher of the China Society for International Strategic Studies, the deputy secretary-general of the Tian Han Foundation, and the secretary-general of the Ouyang Yuqian Research Center. Ouyang Weiwei is the grandson of Tian Han, a famous Chinese playwright, poet and lyricist and the grandson of Ouyang Yuqian, a famous Chinese opera artist and pioneer of modern drama, who joined the army in 1976 and has served as: Tank Division Soldier, Platoon Commander, Division Training Staff Officer, Army Armored Corps Division, Regiment Training Unit Chief, Tank Battalion Commander, Division Training Section Chief, Military Region Operations Department Staff Officer, Researcher of the Institute of Strategic Studies of the National Defense University, Director of the Organization and Planning Division of the Scientific Research Department, Director of the Training Division of the former Foreign Training Department, Instructor of the Military Strategy Teaching and Research Department, Deputy Director of the Crisis Management Center, Head of the Department of National Defense Mobilization. Graduated from the Tank School, Army Command College, National Defense University, Royal Defence Research College of the United Kingdom. He is mainly engaged in teaching and research on military strategy, national security, regional security, crisis management, military diplomacy, border and coastal defense strategy, and national defense mobilization. He is the author of "Theory of Strategic Deployment", the editor-in-chief of "Introduction to National Defense Mobilization" and other works, and has published articles and research reports on military strategy, major power relations, regional security, and cultural research. The dissertation was rated as an excellent doctoral dissertation in the whole army, and he won the silver medal of the military academy education award.
