中央党校党的建设教研部教授，全国党建研究会党建教学与研究专业委员会副秘书长
个人履历：
王懂棋，中央党校（国家行政学院）党建部教授、世界政党比较室副主任，北京大学政府管理学院政治学博士，全国党建研究会党建教学与研究专业委员会副秘书长。毕业于北京大学政府管理学院政治学专业。主要研究领域为干部制度、基层党建、领导影响力。主持和参与多项国家课题，多次给各级党委中心组、援外培训班授课交流。出版专著和编著《制度外政策参与：转型中国研究》，《中国梦与世界》、《向党中央看齐》等书，参与中组部群众路线教材编写。在《新华文摘》、《人民日报》、《学习时报》等核心期刊杂志发表文章多篇。2015年，曾挂职担任安顺市平坝县县委常委、副县长。
Wang Mingqi is a professor of the Party Building Department of the Party School of the Central Committee (National Academy of Administration), deputy director of the World Political Parties Comparison Office, a doctor of political science from the School of Government of Peking University, and the deputy secretary-general of the Party Building Teaching and Research Professional Committee of the National Party Building Research Association. He graduated from the School of Government, Peking University, majoring in political science. His main research areas are cadre system, grassroots party building, and leadership influence. He has presided over and participated in a number of national projects, and has given lectures and exchanges to the central groups of Party committees at all levels and foreign aid training courses for many times. He has published monographs and edited books such as "Participation in Policies Outside the System: A Study of China in Transition", "The Chinese Dream and the World", and "Keeping Up with the Party Central Committee", and participated in the compilation of the mass line textbooks of the Organization Department of the CPC Central Committee. He has published many articles in core journals and magazines such as "Xinhua Digest", "People's Daily", and "Learning Times". In 2015, he served as a member of the Standing Committee of the Pingba County Party Committee and deputy county magistrate of Anshun City.
