中央党校（国家行政学院）公共管理教研部教授、博士生导师，享受国务院政府特殊津贴，入选中央组织部全国干部教育培训师资库。兼任北京大学、清华大学特聘教授。
个人履历：
董明，男，1958年1月生，浙江杭州人，中国人民大学博士，美国锡拉丘兹大学马克斯韦尔公民与公共事务学院访问学者，中央党校（国家行政学院)公共管理教研部教授、博士生导师，国务院特殊津贴获得者，入选中央组织部全国干部教育培训师资库。兼任北京大学、清华大学特聘教授。1998年至1999年在中共温州市委挂职一年。研究领域为公共政策、领导科学、行政管理、人力资源开发与管理。主要讲授《公共政策与公共政策制定》《公共政策执行》《领导艺术》《企业领导艺术》《领导决策与创新思维》《领导用人与激励艺术》《领导协调与沟通能力》《领导授权与监控方法》等专题课程。2013年获得国家行政学院优秀教学奖二等奖。2014年讲授的《改革与完善公共政策制定系统》被评为国家行政学院首届优秀课。出版《领导艺术：一门可操作的学问》《中国公共政策的理论与实践》《东方理论与中国现代化之路》《公共行政概论》《中国行政发展》《中国干部人事管理》《中国人力资源开发》等多部学术著作，在国内重要期刊发展学术论文100多篇。
Dong Ming, male, born in January 1958 in Hangzhou, Zhejiang, Ph.D. from Chinese Minmin University, United States Visiting Scholar at Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs, Syracuse University, Syracuse, Professor and Doctoral Supervisor of the Department of Public Administration Teaching and Research of the Central Party School (National Academy of Administration), winner of special allowance from the State Council, and selected into the National Cadre Education and Training Teacher Pool of the Organization Department of the Central Committee. He is also a distinguished professor of Peking University and Tsinghua University. From 1998 to 1999, he served as a temporary member of the Wenzhou Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China for one year. His research interests include public policy, leadership science, administration, and human resource development and management. He mainly teaches special courses such as "Public Policy and Public Policy Formulation", "Public Policy Implementation", "The Art of Leadership", "The Art of Enterprise Leadership", "Leadership Decision-making and Innovative Thinking", "The Art of Leadership Employment and Motivation", "Leadership Coordination and Communication Ability", "Leadership Authorization and Monitoring Methods" and so on. In 2013, he won the second prize of the Outstanding Teaching Award of the National Academy of Administration. In 2014, he taught "Reforming and Improving the Public Policy Formulation System", which was rated as the first excellent course of the National Academy of Administration. He has published many academic works such as "The Art of Leadership: An Operational Study", "Theory and Practice of China's Public Policy", "Oriental Theory and China's Road to Modernization", "Introduction to Public Administration", "China's Administrative Development", "China's Cadre Personnel Management", "Chinese Human Resources Development" and other academic works, and developed more than 100 academic papers in important domestic journals.
