国防大学原军队建设研究所所长，教授、博士生导师，技术4级（正军），军队建设学学科带头人，解放军专业技术优秀人才一类奖获得者。两次为中央军委做专题讲座。
个人履历：
欧建平，男，国防大学原军队建设研究所所长，教授、博士生导师，技术4级（正军），军队建设学学科带头人，军事学博士，中国领导科学研究会副会长，中国管理科学学会理事。曾任战士、班长、排长、指导员，军师机关干事、装甲兵处处长，国防大学党委秘书、防务学院办公室主任、省军区副参谋长等职。主要研究方向为军队建设战略管理、军队改革与发展、现代领导与科学决策。撰写主编了《军队管理学教程》、《中国对外军事培训管理与创新》、《军队领导与管理案例研究》、《科学管理与军队科学发展》、《加快转变战斗力生成模式读本》等教材和书籍。撰写论文、研究报告100余篇，研究成果曾获得全国博士生学术论坛、中国领导科学研究会、中国军事科学学会优秀论文奖，国防大学优秀科研成果奖。2008、2009、2010年获得国防大学优质大课奖。解放军专业技术优秀人才一类奖获得者。两次为中央军委做专题讲座。
Ou Jianping, male, former director of the Institute of Military Construction, National Defense University, professor, doctoral supervisor, technical level 4 (regular army), leader of military construction discipline, doctor of military science, vice president of the Chinese Leadership Science Research Association, director of the Chinese Management Science Society. He has served as a soldier, squad leader, platoon leader, instructor, officer of a military division, director of the armored corps division, secretary of the party committee of the National Defense University, director of the office of the National Defense College, and deputy chief of staff of the provincial military district. His main research interests are strategic management of army building, army reform and development, modern leadership and scientific decision-making. He has written and edited textbooks and books such as "Military Management Course", "Management and Innovation of China's Foreign Military Training", "Case Studies of Military Leadership and Management", "Scientific Management and Scientific Development of the Army", and "Reader for Accelerating the Transformation of the Mode of Generating Combat Effectiveness". He has written more than 100 papers and research reports, and his research results have won the National Doctoral Academic Forum, the China Leadership Science Research Association, the Chinese Society of Military Science Outstanding Paper Award, and the National Defense University Outstanding Scientific Research Achievement Award. In 2008, 2009 and 2010, he won the National Defense University Quality Course Award. Winner of the People's Liberation Army Professional and Technical Outstanding Talent Award. He gave two special lectures for the Central Military Commission.
