胡仙芝
中央党校（国家行政学院）公共管理教研部研究员，博士生导师。曾任国家行政学院科研处长、《中国行政管理》编辑部主任、副主编、中国行政体制改革研究会研究部主任等职。
个人履历：
胡仙芝，女，1972年10月生，浙江金华人，研究员、博士生导师；1990年9月至1994年7月，中国政法大学读本科；1994年9月至1997年7月，北京大学政治学与行政管理系读硕士研究生；1999年9月至2002年7月，北京大学政府管理学院读博士研究生；1997年9月至2009年10月，在中国行政管理学会工作，先后任中国行政管理学会学术部干事、实习研究员、助理研究员、副研究员、研究员，《中国行政管理》记者、编辑、编辑部主任、副主编，《中国行政管理》理事会秘书长、副理事长；2009年10月至今，历任国家行政学院院刊室调研员、内蒙古科技大学校长助理、国家行政学院科研部科研管理处处长，中国行政体制改革研究会研究部主任。兼任：中国行政管理学会理事，中国政治学会理事，全国政策科学研究会理事、副秘书长，北京航天航空大学外聘硕士生导师，北京大学政府管理学院院友会理事。主要研究方向包括公共管理、社会治理、人力资源管理、行政改革与发展、公共健康管理、应急管理等。主持国家社会科学基金项目2项，参加国家社科基金重点项目3项；主持和参加国家部委等课题近20项，出版多本著作，发表论文200余篇。多篇文章被《新华文摘》全文转载，20余篇咨询报告获领导批示。
Hu Xianzhi, female, born in October 1972, from Jinhua, Zhejiang, researcher, doctoral supervisor; From September 1990 to July 1994, he studied at China University of Political Science and Law. From September 1994 to July 1997, he studied for a master's degree in the Department of Political Science and Administration, Peking University. From September 1999 to July 2002, he was a doctoral student at the School of Government, Peking University. From September 1997 to October 2009, he worked in the Chinese Academy of Administrative Management, successively serving as an officer, intern researcher, assistant researcher, associate researcher and researcher of the Academic Department of the Chinese Academy of Administrative Management, a reporter, editor, director of the editorial department and deputy editor-in-chief of China Administration, and the secretary-general and vice chairman of the Council of China Administration. Since October 2009, he has successively served as a researcher of the Journals Office of the National Academy of Administration, an assistant to the president of the Inner Mongolia University of Science and Technology, the director of the Scientific Research Management Division of the Scientific Research Department of the National Academy of Administration, and the director of the Research Department of the China Administrative System Reform Research Association. He is also a director of the Chinese Academy of Public Administration, a director of the Chinese Political Science Association, a director and deputy secretary-general of the National Society for Policy Sciences, an external master's tutor of Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, and a director of the Alumni Association of the School of Government of Peking University. His research interests include public administration, social governance, human resource management, administrative reform and development, public health management, and emergency management. He presided over 2 projects of the National Social Science Foundation and participated in 3 key projects of the National Social Science Fund; He has presided over and participated in nearly 20 projects of national ministries and commissions, published many books and more than 200 papers. Many articles have been reprinted in full by Xinhua Digest, and more than 20 consulting reports have been approved by leaders.
