个人履历：
樊继达，男，1977年9月生，江苏连云港人，2006年7月毕业于中央党校获经济学博士。现任中央党校（国家行政学院）公共管理教研部公共经济教研室主任、教授，博士生导师，十二届全国青联委员、五届中央国家机关青联委员，全国脱贫攻坚奖评选委员会委员，国家社科基金项目评议专家，全国MPA优秀论文指导老师。主要从事公共经济学、宏观经济学、发展经济学等研究。担任中央党校（国家行政学院）司局级领导干部进修班、培训班、西部地区领导干部培训班、港澳公务员培训班、青干班、MPA班等多个主体班次主讲教师。讲授“创新驱动高质量发展”、“习近平新时代中国特色社会主义经济思想”、“贯彻新发展理念，建设现代化经济体系”等专题。近年来，应邀为70多个国家政党代表团讲授中国的改革开放实践、党的十九大精神、十三五规划等内容。先后参与习近平总书记交办的“中央与地方关系”重大课题研究，前总理李克强交办的“促进消费的政策建议研究”党的十八大重大课题前期研究工作等。多次参加马凯、杨晶开学典礼的讲话起草工作。先后撰写国家行政学院《送阅件》及咨询报告近30篇，多篇获国务院原总理温家宝、原副总理回良玉，原副总理马凯、原中央政法委书记孟建柱等领导批示，为有关决策提供了重要支撑。主持国家社会科学基金2项、国家软科学基金课题1项，主持国家高端智库项目、国家发改委、农业部、中央党校（国家行政学院）等省部级课题20项，在国家级期刊发表学术论文100余篇，专著《创新驱动与强国征程》等4部，合著近20部。撰写《送阅件》及内部研究报告20余篇，多篇获党中央、国务院领导批示。曾获中央党校（国家行政学院）教学创新奖、科研咨询奖多次。2021年获全国党校（行政学院）系统精品课奖。
Fan Jida, male, born in September 1977, from Lianyungang, Jiangsu, graduated from the Party School of the Central Committee in July 2006 with a doctorate in economics. He is currently working as the director, professor and doctoral supervisor of the Public Economics Teaching and Research Department of the Public Administration Teaching and Research Department of the Party School of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China (National Academy of Administration). He is a member of the 12th All-China Youth Federation, a member of the 5th Youth Federation of Central State Organs, a member of the Selection Committee of the National Poverty Alleviation Award, an expert in the uation of projects of the National Social Science Fund, and an excellent thesis supervisor of the National MPA. He is mainly engaged in public economics, macroeconomics, development economics and other research. He served as the main lecturer of many main classes such as the advanced training course and training course for leading cadres at the department and bureau level of the Central Party School (National Academy of Administration), the training course for leading cadres in the western region, the training course for Hong Kong and Macao civil servants, the youth cadre class, and the MPA class. He will give lectures on topics such as "Innovation-driven High-quality Development", "Xi Jinping Thought on Socialist Economy with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era", "Implementing the New Development Concept and Building a Modern Economic System". In recent years, he has been invited to give lectures on China's reform and opening up practice, the spirit of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, and the 13th Five-Year Plan for political party delegations from more than 70 countries. He has successively participated in the research on the major topics of "the relationship between the central and local governments" assigned by General Secretary Xi Jinping, the "Research on Policy Recommendations for Promoting Consumption" assigned by former Premier Li Keqiang, and the preliminary research work of major topics of the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China. He has participated in the drafting of speeches at the opening ceremonies of Ma Kai and Yang Jing many times. He has written nearly 30 "Submissions" and consulting reports of the National Academy of Administration, many of which have been approved by former Premier Wen Jiabao, former Vice Premier Hui Liangyu, former Vice Premier Ma Kai, former Secretary of the Central Political and Legal Committee Meng Jianzhu and other leaders, providing important support for relevant decision-making. He has presided over 2 projects of the National Social Science Foundation and 1 project of the National Soft Science Foundation, presided over 20 provincial and ministerial projects such as the National High-end Think Tank Project, the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Agriculture, and the Central Party School (National Academy of Administration), published more than 100 academic papers in national journals, and co-authored nearly 20 books including 4 monographs such as "Innovation-driven and the Journey of a Strong Country". He has written more than 20 articles of "Submission" and internal research reports, many of which have been approved by the leaders of the Party Central Committee and the State Council. He has won the Teaching Innovation Award and the Scientific Research Consulting Award of the Party School of the Central Committee (National Academy of Administration) for many times. In 2021, he won the National Party School (School of Administration) System Excellent Course Award.
