中央党校（国家行政学院）党建教研部教授、博士生导师，中央党校（国家行政学院）党建教研部廉政室主任，北京大学政府管理学院博士生导师，中国人民大学、中国科学院管理学院等兼职教授。
个人履历：
路杰，中央党校（国家行政学院）党建教研部教授，北京大学政府管理学院博士生导师，中国管理科学研究院领导科学研究所常务副所长，中国领导科学研究会理事，中国人民大学、中国科学院管理学院等兼职教授。长期从事领导力与领导艺术、领导思想与领导文化、政治与治理理论等方面的研究与教学工作。主要著作有《决策》、《领袖的诞生》、《跟毛泽东学领导》、《领导科学概论》等，发表论文近百篇。先后为：人民保险公司、中国再保险公司、中国移动、中国电信、中国银行、航天总公司、普天公司、中国技术贸易总公司、中国石化、大唐电力、国电电力、中国黄金总公司，新华书店、西安杨森；国家行政学院、中组部、科技部、公安部、水利部、国防科工委、国税总局、新华社、国家体育总局、国家邮政总局、国家气象局；北京大学（政府管理学院）、清华大学（与企业合作委员会、继续教育学院）、人民大学（工商管理研修中心）、科学院（研究生院）科学技术大学、中国人民公安大学、国家会计学院、北京理工大学、北京体育大学；北京市和部分省市（区）；香港、澳门公务员进阶中国事务培训班等进行课题讲座。
Lu Jie
Professor of the Department of Public Administration of the National Academy of Administration, doctoral supervisor of the School of Government, Peking University, executive deputy director of the Institute of Leadership Science of the Chinese Academy of Management Sciences, director of the Chinese Society for Leadership Studies, and adjunct professor of Chinese University and the School of Management of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. He has long been engaged in the research and teaching of leadership and leadership art, leadership ideology and leadership culture, politics and governance theory. His main works include "Decision-making", "The Birth of a Leader", "Learning Leadership from Mao Zedong", "Introduction to Leadership Science", etc., and he has published nearly 100 papers.
