个人履历：
韩根东：知名医院管理专家，北京大学医学、管理学双博士，中国医院管理研究中心原主任、研究员，《医院管理》杂志主编，《中国医院人才管理》课题组组长，首席管理学家。兼任：中国医院改革与发展论坛组委会秘书长，中国医院管理网专家委员会主任委员。研究方向为医院发展战略与决策、领导特质与行为分析、医院人力资源管理。长期从事医院管理、卫生政策理论研究与实践工作，是国内较早从事现代医院管理制度研究的学者与实践者，CPD管理进阶课程暨公立医院院长及后备人才职业化管理培训项目创始人兼首席专家。近年来，先后主编出版《中国医院学科治理》《中国医院人才管理》《青年医师成长手册》《临床情景模拟教学培训教案》《孕产期全面心理健康促进共识》等十多部学术专著和专业教材。先后为国内百余家医院进行管理诊断，制定战略发展纲要、文化建设指南、品牌营销方案等。是国内知名的医院管理专家、职业化管理培训的重要开拓者。
Han Gendong: A well-known hospital management expert in China, a double doctor of medicine and management from Peking University, the former director and researcher of China Hospital Management Research Center, the editor-in-chief of Hospital Management magazine, the leader of the research group of China Hospital Talent Management, and the chief management scientist. Concurrently: Secretary-General of the Organizing Committee of the China Hospital Reform and Development Forum, Chairman of the Expert Committee of the China Hospital Management Network. His research interests include hospital development strategy and decision-making, leadership trait and behavior analysis, and hospital human resource management. He has been engaged in the theoretical research and practice of hospital management and health policy for a long time, and is the earliest scholar and practitioner engaged in the research of modern hospital management system in China. In recent years, he has edited and published more than 10 academic monographs and professional textbooks, such as "Discipline Governance in Chinese Hospitals", "Talent Management in Chinese Hospitals", "Growth Manual for Young Physicians", "Teaching and Training Plans for Clinical Scenario Simulation", and "Consensus on Promoting Comprehensive Mental Health in Pregnancy and Childbirth". It has successively carried out management diagnosis for more than 100 hospitals in China, and formulated strategic development outlines, cultural construction guidelines, brand marketing plans, etc. He is a well-known hospital management expert in China and an important pioneer of professional management training.
