个人履历：
何兵权（正雄）：阿里13年老兵，中共党员，高级企业培训师、高级人力资源管理师，阿里巴巴集团资深专家，长江商学院-阿里巴巴数智创新学院导师，长江商学院MBA项目导师，中国企业家俱乐部授课导师，中国人社部高级人力资源管理师、企业培训师，原淘宝教育产业数智部总经理。中国社会科学院经济学博士结业、西北大学MBA硕士。2001年9月至2005年6月，获长江大学计算机学院工学学士学位；2004年至2005年获浙江省教育厅高等教育教师资格证；2009年9月至2012年12月，获西北大学经管学院MBA硕士学位；2016年9月至2020年，中国社会科学院经济学博士结业。2004年7月至2006年10月，担任浙江万里学院辅导员；2007年4月至2011年4月，担任富士康科技集团-FIH事业群培训主管；2011年4月至202023年，历任阿里巴巴集团-淘宝大学的项目经理、产品经理、课程研发负责人、县长电商研修班总策划、淘宝大学培训总监、阿里云大学副总经理，云栖商学院的院长等职务。何兵权先后服务过大型国企、央企、民企和外企等知名传统企业，并受邀给浙江大学、清华大学、北京大学、上海交大、复旦大学、中山大学等著名高校的EMBA授课。对数字经济、企业数智化转型、颠覆式创新、智能商业，阿里巴巴第二曲线创新、阿里巴巴的业务和组织及文化三位一体等有深入的研究和实践。
He Bingquan (Zhengxiong): Ali 13-year veteran, member of the Communist Party of China, senior corporate trainer, senior human resource manager, senior expert of Alibaba Group, tutor of Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business-Alibaba Digital Intelligence Innovation College, mentor of MBA program of Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business, tutor of China Entrepreneur Club, senior human resource manager and corporate trainer of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Affairs of Chinese, former general manager of the Digital Intelligence Department of Taobao Education Industry. He received his Ph.D. in Economics from the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences and his MBA from Northwest University. From September 2001 to June 2005, he obtained a bachelor's degree in engineering from the School of Computer Science of Yangtze University; From 2004 to 2005, he obtained the Higher Education Teacher Qualification Certificate from the Zhejiang Provincial Department of Education; From September 2009 to December 2012, he obtained an MBA degree from the School of Economics and Management, Northwest University. From September 2016 to 2020, he graduated from the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences with a Ph.D. in Economics. From July 2004 to October 2006, he served as a counselor of Zhejiang Wanli University; From April 2007 to April 2011, he served as the training supervisor of Foxconn Technology Group-FIH Business Group; From April 2011 to 202023, he successively served as the project manager, product manager, course R&D leader of Alibaba Group-Taobao University, the chief planner of the county magistrate's e-commerce workshop, the training director of Taobao University, the deputy general manager of Alibaba Cloud University, and the dean of Yunqi Business School. He Bingquan has served large state-owned enterprises, central enterprises, private enterprises and foreign enterprises and other well-known traditional enterprises, and has been invited to give EMBA lectures to Zhejiang University, Tsinghua University, Peking University, Shanghai Jiaotong University, Fudan University, Sun Yat-sen University and other famous universities. He has in-depth research and practice on digital economy, enterprise digital and intelligent transformation, disruptive innovation, intelligent business, Alibaba's second curve innovation, and Alibaba's business, organization and cultural trinity.
